Worst place to get your nails done! Only want your money instead of providing great customer service. Read the other’s reviews before going! Take your business elsewhere! They ruined my nails.

My girlfriend went into this salon. Here is her review: I was recommended by a friend to go to this salon. When I walked in, I was greeted. I didn’t set up an appointment and it was great to have someone available to do my nails. I wanted french manicure acrylic. When I sat down, I had someone working on my nails already. Nothing said or anything. She was working on my nails trimming and filing. It was great until I notice how sloppy she was doing to my nails. My nails were trimmed and they were slanted. There were some cut and some that weren’t. I stopped and asked her to trim the rest of my nails correctly. She glanced at it and told me not to worry that it was going to be fixed in the end. So I trust her as I thought she was doing her job. She put acrylic on my nails and trimming them to what she wanted. After the acrylics were put on, she asked me what color did I want. I was confused. I told her that I came in for french manicure acrylics. At this time, she tried to fix the damage by stating that I should have stated that I wanted french manicure, now the only thing that she can do was paint the tip white. So she painted my tips white. This process took awhile as I noticed that many of the white tips were out of shape, the nails were crooked, some of my nails were square and then round on the edge, and some nails were short while others were long. I told her I didn’t like it, and here is where I have problems with. She stated that she worked as a nail stylist for 10 years. She did a «great job» on my nails. I can ask anyone and ask my friend whom I came with. She stated that she was going to charge me $ 35, because she painted my tips. When I sat down, she did not confirm with me what my choice was. She did it to her liking as she stated when I told her that I didn’t like the result. Many of the responses I got from her were she thinks my nails are perfect and she thinks I’m overreacting. I responded to her comments stating that it comes down to if I like the nails or not. It is not her choice to tell me what I like or what I don’t like. I decided to talk to another employee and he stated that since I didn’t say at the start that I wanted french manicure, there’s nothing that he can do. And if I wanted to take it off, it’ll take awhile. In the end, I gave up and paid for their service. They wanted money for their business and instead of providing great service to their customers. I didn’t get a refund or anything. I paid $ 31 for my messed up nails. Check out some of the pictures. The gel, super glue, and etc were stuck to my skin and she didn’t bother to get it off. I don’t have a great camera, and can’t see there are bubbles on my nails and a lot of smearing from the white tips.

Horribly crooked nail job. Didn’t allow me to wash my hands after filing and shaping my acrylic tips with the electric drill. She just sloppily painted on top of all that dust and tried to send me out the door. Also didn’t buff the undersides of the nails, they were left to be jagged. A ton a very careless and sloppy mistakes. Also, to add insult to injury, she charged me an extra 6 bucks because i wanted almond shaped nails instead of square. It would have been nice if she’d let me know that she was a shyster ahead of time. Please dont go here.

I went here on a whim looking to get a full set — when I walked in, there was a young lady who greeted me and was very friendly. I told her what I was looking for and she paired me up with a technician named Mina. Mina was awesome! She was very personable and straightforward with me. I told her exactly what I wanted and she told me if her work wasn’t up to my standards, she would fix my nails until they were. She didn’t once try to upsell any products or extra services and did not multitask while she was helping me. I would definitely recommend this place because they are affordable $ 25 for a full set $ 24 if you pay cash. A polish change is like $ 6. They play relaxing music and it is very spacious/clean. This is definitely going to be my go-to nail place from now on. Parking warning — there’s free parking right outside of the salon but the parking police actually monitor how long you’ve been out there so if it’s going to be longer than 2 hours, make sure you keep an eye out on your car so you can possibly run out there to move it!

From Arizona, and wanted a pedicure before I left back home. The service is amazing, it’s under new ownership! Peter and Rosie are fantastic and Chelsea did a great job! I would recommend this to anyone I talk to. Completely fantastic and had a wonderful a experience!

I went there because of its close proximity to where I live. The service was disappointing. I was surprised that my pedicure were done so fast. Apparently, the lady who did my nails didn’t cut the dead cells around my nails, and didn’t even shape it. And they still charged me $ 26 even with $ 5 coupon. I will never come back to this place, ever!

I went there before my wedding because I received a «grand opening 25% off» coupon. Our manicures and pedicures were hideous! The french tips on fingers and toes were very thick and repeated requests to thin them were ignored. As the bride, I got pink and whites which were done so poorly(crooked, rough, placed too far above the cuticle, etc) that I snapped them off before the honeymoon was over. My bridal party was equally upset/disappointed with their gel/shellac manicures which lasted less than one week. I have no intentions of ever revisiting, just hope to spare you the same disappointment.
