Great food, limited menu. I had the egg sandwich and it was amazing.(Note the egg is over easy). The salad greens were delicious as well. Kids had the mac and cheese and green eggs and ham(used parsley for food coloring). Will definitely come back.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Minneapolis, MN
I went with high expectations, based on a colleague’s lavish praise for the café. The space is lovely, on the mezzanine level, overlooking the dramatic lobby with the Sunburst light sculpture. There is plenty of comfortable seating. The first disappointment was only one open cash counter to take orders in spite of a long line with a wait of over 30 minutes. This was over the lunch hour, so, not like it was unexpected. I could hear some others in the line groaning and expressing their impatience with the wait. The menu has some meat choices, with one salmon dish and maybe 2 – 4 vegeterain items. The second disappointment was the absence of any vegetarian protein substitutes. The soup of the day — there was only one soup — was chicken-based. I went with the salmon gravalax, which was beautifully presented. The dressing on the watercress salad however was so sharp and tart, combined with the pickled cucumber, was not an enjoyable taste. There was a generous amount of salmon gravalax, and the sprouted rye bread with the crème fraîche was a good pairing. I’ll probably plan to go to Eat Street for lunch if I visit the museum again.
