I stopped by after work on Friday to pick up a pizza after hearing great things. In addition to the BLT pizza, I ordered a pear & blue cheese salad as well. Both were ready in less than 5 minutes & I was on my way. For starters, the salad was super delicious. Pretty big even for a «small». The pizza was also amazing. It was light & the ingredients really fresh. I have to agree with a previous reviewer; I kinda felt healthy eating it! Bonus points for easy parking & a loyalty card. Only downfall is the price; $ 18 for a large pizza is a bit steep!

I really think this is as good as it gets for pizza(and salads but I’ve already gone on and on about the salads). Given the chioce between the Margherita at Punch or the Miesian from HomeMade Pizza, I would pick the latter every time. It was fantastic. Seriously, best pizza I’ve ever had. They currently have a deal where you can get a pizza and a large salad for 2 for $ 20 which is a steal given the quality of both.

I personally think this is the BEST pizza I’ve had in the Cities. The way the cheese bubbles in the oven, the crust is perfect. The topping are excellent! I also LOVE their salads! and their ice cream! It a great place to get a fast to-go salad even if you’re not a pizza lover! Love this place! I wish they had a north metro location.

I wanted to try something different than the normal take and bake pizzas I’ve got in the past from Papa Murphy’s. Since this place is right down the road from my SLP home I stopped in and picked up a sausage and caramelized onion pizza to cook for dinner. The ingredients on the pizza were fresh but pretty sparse which lead to a mostly doughy pizza slice. I was expecting a little more flavor/ingredients based on the price and can’t say that I’d rate the pizza I got any higher than one I’d normally get from Papa Murphy’s. On a side note, the packaging they send the pizza home in is large and seemed a bit wasteful.

Yesterday evening Lindsay C. and I dropped by an Elite event at neighboring Moss Envy, and had pre-ordered a «Georgia» for takeout since we knew we’d be in SLP anyways. Mmm mmm! The«Georgia» boasts nicely seasoned chicken sausage with slices of pepper and ricotta cheese. All ingredients seem to be of topnotch quality, including the dough that was much lighter on the stomach and better tasting than normal pizza dough. We also ordered a hazelnut & apple salad that was a nice addition to our meal. I added a Kokanee beer and Monday Night Football to the mix, and the evening was perfect!

A good alternative to Dominos and Papa Murphys. Ingredients are very fresh, the combination of toppings interesting, and the crust is better than average. The pizza was fast enough to bake with the enclosed instructions. They use the word natural to describe ingredients, and the staff explained it meant ‘no preservatives’. Salads offer some good choices and the portions are quite generous. They also have cookies and ice cream but I didn’t try those. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful.

So my hubby and I have this pizza problem: — I like thin crust, he likes thick — I love veggies, he loves meat(and lots of it) — I love red sauce but not too much, he wants tons of it Enter HomeMade Pizza Company. More importantly enter the Quattro Stagioni. Get it true Italian style with 4 perfectly separated quadrants of Prosciutto, artichokes, wild mushrooms, Kalamata olives, Fontinella cheese and fresh thyme. We don’t have to fight over what comes on it — because we’re both happy with this separated pizza. Crust is perfectly in the medium too. Side note that makes this place rock: — Staff is super friendly — They make cookies and pizza to sample while you’re waiting for yours — They deliver

So yummy! I’m starting to feel seriously spoiled with all the amazing pizza options we Minneapolitans have — I mean PUNCH(love!), Black Sheep, Pizza Luce and now Homemade Pizza Co. It’s almost too much! I may have to revert to eating pizza every day. Alas, I had the caramelized onion, sausage & sage pizza at the pleading of my husband. I am not a big meat lover, but this pizza was amazing. We fought over the last piece, really… it was that good. Toppings are super fresh and they support local growers. I love that you can get whole wheat crust & free anchovies with any pizza. Don’t skip the salads either — so fresh & flavorful. Bonus points for the super-duper friendly staff. Each customer is greeted and served by name(this usually creeps me out, but it felt authentic here). Yay, Homemade Pizza Co. I have a crush on you!

Perfect«take out» option! FRESH ingredients – you feel healthy eating pizza. I am especially impressed with the salad… WOW, the flavors lit up my mouth and the dressing was incredibly impressive. The pizza was unique enough to convince me to shell out the extra bucks it cost to skip Dominos! I’ll be back – Especially with the many great coupons they have out there!

This is a great alternative to Papa Murphy’s! Their ingredients are fresh and they say they use local farmers. It is great that you can see them making the pizza while you wait and the baking directions are really easy to follow. We decided to try their sugar cookies, and they are not that good! They should stick to pizza!

Okay, we finally made it! One word we both used to describe it repeatedly — fresh. The ingredients were definitely fresh and gave the pizza a great, quality taste. We’ll definitely be back, and I want to try some of their other pizzas before I come to any sort of conclusion. They seem to have some more unique toppings and pizzas that sound delicious. It was a little expensive for what we got, but now we have coupons! Can’t wait, neighbors.
