They are very nice and they took my delivery order on a Sunday morning before their store even opened!

I love jimmy johns so this review is purely based on the customer service at this location. I NEVER leave 1 star, but for this, I had to. My friend and I walked in no later than 10:30 — 10:45pm and just wanted to quick grab some subs and go. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an eye roll, a few sighs, and the girl behind the counter telling us she can’t help but to have that reaction when people walk in around that time(which is understandable, but this is your job, the store is still open, and it’ll take 5 mins, suck it up). We walked to the front and she gestured her hands and said«Hurry up.» At this point, I didn’t even get to look at the menu to see what I had wanted. My friend, being as nice as she is, quickly ordered something, but I was still trying to decide(as we had been in the store for probably 30 seconds at that point). The girl behind the counter asked, «anything else?» in an annoyed tone since I was obviously still trying to decide what I wanted. I felt rushed, so I just ordered quick and she rang us up(together bc it seemed as though she had no patience to ring us up separate). This was all fine, but then she told my friend she had no more quarters, and instead of giving her correct change with dimes, nickels, whatever, she just ended up shorting her the change bc she simply didn’t want to. Okay so it’s $ 0.50 she was shorted, but after the experience we were already having, this was NOT cool. Another co-worker walked in, from what I believe to be a delivery, and the girl behind the counter was just telling her to stop smiling the whole time, being a grump. I could hear her blatantly saying out loud that she can’t even fake it with customers anymore and blah blah blah. I understand she may have had a bad day or whatever, but we all have those. It is still your job and you should always be professional, as you are representing the store and owners you work for. I still expect to be treated with some respect as a paying customer. My friend didn’t even get to customize her sub how she likes because the girl was practically telling us to hurry and gtfo. I will never be back to this store, as I have NEVER had an experience like this… I live in Los Angeles for fuck sakes and have never come close to anything like this. Hope this is taken care of, as I would hate anyone else to have such a shitty experience just trying to get a sub.
