My Co worker warned me about this place. I figured I would give it a shot anyway. I needed a fill and asked her to do it a little thicker instead they have pits in them and point upward at the top. I asked for French with pink on the bottom, A few minutes later she tried convincing me I just wanted pink instead. Not wanting to be the nit picky customer I went with it. Then she pulls me from the nail dryer to re do the polish to the original French I wanted — an hour and a half later I get the bill and give her my card. She kept asking me how much I was tipping her; making me feel obligated as the crappy fill, paint job and time waste was not deserving of a tip. For $ 45 it was a complete rip off. The place is over priced and the quality is a joke.

This was a huge disappointment. The man giving my friend her mani/pedi was really rude and abrasive. He did a bad job on her nails as they were all smudged and when she mentioned that to him he just walked away. Then he slammed a check down in front of her while her nails were still drying and said«you pay now». I’m sorry, no she isn’t going to smear the remaining nail polish to get her card or money out. When I stood up for her and said she should get a discount because her mani/pedi was not worth $ 50 he did nothing and did not try and win us back as customers in any way. My girl was good until they talked to each other in a language other than English and then she pulled the same«you pay now» abrasive crap. Even if our mani/pedi’s hadn’t been smudged and our staff hadn’t been rude, the mani/pedi was not worth $ 50. In Chicago I can get one for $ 20 – 30(maybe with a groupon sure) but it is a good mani/pedi without paying for extras. Here the massage chairs don’t massage, they did my manicure on my lap where I was getting my pedicure instead of at a table so they wouldn’t smudge it. The guy wiped his hands on the towel he then used on my friend’s legs to wipe off the sea salt. Also we both wanted the $ 30 pedicure and they both said in order to get our feet scrubbed we had to pay for the $ 40 one. I’m sorry that, is part of a pedicure. It wasn’t just us either, next to us another girl had to ask the other woman to fix her smudged nail and the other woman next to us said when she got her tab«I thought it was going to be $ 60, this says $ 65» and the lady convinced her she was wrong and then to make herself look like this great person gave her $ 5 back returning her tab to the original amount due.

Do not come here! I came here with my mom and my aunt to get mani/pedi combos. They don’t have a great selection of polish(it’s either red, red, or more red). The most conversation they will have with you is only to upsell. I politely said no thank you to all the upselling my manicurist/pedicurist attempted on me. I feel like since I refused the upsells she thinks it’s ok to do a terrible paint job on the polish. Honestly I can do a much better job myself. She missed parts of the nail, and it turned out bubbly. It looked like a five year old did it. I will never come back here again and I reccommend that you stay away.

This is a 2.5 star nail salon in appearance. Noisy, crappy impatient shopper customers(don’t be that girl please), and make sure you bring a beverage because they don’t even have a bottle of water to offer you. Worse yet, they charge«mall prices» of course($ 40 for a gel manicure with no pedi). So how in the crap am I giving this place 4 stars? One word — Snow. My nail tech’s name translates to «Snow» in english, which she said I should call her if it’s easier. She was . I like my cuticles cut because they are thick and annoying and she took her time and did it perfectly. She could have massaged my hands just a minute longer, but does it ever feel long enough? I’d go back just for her. Moral of this story: if you’re already in/near the mall and need a stat gel french, go see Snow. Except Mondays — that’s her day off.

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. I work across the way in the mall at Nordstrom and needed a mani & pedi before a photo shoot. Even though I didn’t hear the greatest things about them I tried them out. It was SO rushed. She finished the mani & pedi in less than half an hour. I went at about 8pm on a Thursday night and was the ONLY customer in the salon. So why she rushed through it so much, is beyond me. She tried to do the mani and pedi at the same time, going from my hands to my feet back and forth while I was in the pedi chair. She didn’t nip my cuticles, barely filed my nails, barely buffed my heels, didn’t file OR clip my toe nails, did a terrible paint job on both(not to mention the awful selection of polish they had), and left a bunch of nail polish all over both my hands and feet, that I had to ask her to remove before I left. I wish I’d have gotten her name, because I plan to email the salon. I also wish I had the balls to complain and demand a refund right then and there. Do not waste your time here, you’ll be sorely disappointed. I literally went straight home and redid both my hands and feet myself. I wouldn’t even give this salon one star, to be honest.

Had a nice pedicure and manicure. The manicure started peeling the next day and little bubbles in the clear coat appeared. It took me ½ hour to remove what I thought was normal nail polish. If I’m ever back at the Mall of America and need my nails done, I would probably just get a pedicure! My toes still look great!

I try to be forgiving since its saturday at the mall. I know what I am in for when going to such a place, however, the skill level of the staff is minimal and unimpressive. Customer service is ok. But they need to learn more. They do the slight massage, but do not moisturize the foot. So afterward, my feet are dry. Not good on skin for people of color. It was fast, rushed and no proper scrubbing or sloughing. Thank goodness I had a pedicure 2 weeks before, but I thought it would be a treat while being at the mall of america. I want my tip back.

They were able to take 5 of us at the same time one Saturday morning, so that was nice. The manis and pedis were okay– if you look closely, you could see flaws, but from far away, it looks fine. Aside from that, I have nothing nice to say. Nail polish selection was poor — a lot of old polishes and not much variety of colors. One of us actually left to go to Nordstrom’s to buy a polish they could use during her manicure. They were *very* pushy with the upsells. I requested just a pedi — they asked if I needed mani. I said no. Then they asked a few more times. Then they looked at my hands and told me I had messy cuticles. The funny thing is that I had gotten a manicure less than 12 hours earlier, so I had fresh polish and well-manicured cuticles. Another friend had requested just a pedi — they spent most of the pedicure telling her that it was inappropriate to wear bare nails to a wedding. Another one of us had requested a french mani. Suddenly there were fake nails glued to her. When my friend complained, the response was something like ‘I’ve already started, so I’ll just keep going’. My friend finally backed down and got the acrylics(and was charged full price for them — $ 40 more than the service she’d requested!). There was a bit of a communication problem. But, we all signed in, and checked boxes indicating which services we wanted — she had requsted a ‘manicure’ and ‘pedicure’ so there was little excuse for providing the wrong service. Also, if it were an honest mistake, I’d expect them to correct the problem and provide the correct service, once the error is pointed out, instead of trying to bully my friend into a service she didn’t want. When some of us tried to use credit cards to pay, they were insistent that we provide a picture id. We refused. They were adamant that they would not accept a credit card without a photo id. That is against credit card company policy(although a mistake many small businesses make).
