Nail’s Touch

The massage chair was great. Got the «luxury» pedi with sea salt and hot stones, worth the extra $ 10.
Had my pink & whites done by Pa and I love them. She’s sweet, engaging and good at what she does. My only complaint is her and another girl have to answer the phones constantly. She said they were the only 2 that know English enough to answer the phones.
They need a receptionist — 6 calls answered during my service. Also if you want a weekend appt, call ahead and make a reservation.

Why bother making an appointment? I could have walked in and still waited the same amount. Helping customers that did not make an appointment first is very rude.

Honestly, I really dislike writing negative reviews, however this location does not do business well at all. I understand they have two locations and the other location is not so great either. I have been here many times (years) and the people rotate like the days of the week AND the service is always iffy.
I went last Sunday to get a pedi and mani and spent $ 52 and the mani lasted less than 24 hours. Since I had time today to get my nails repainted I went in to get a repaint. She told me $ 17 just for a repaint. AND then they had to talk about it for several minutes in their language??? I mean how rude, is the price that secretive? It stated on the sign $ 10 for French and then $ 3 for an added line, how did we arrive at $ 17? Needless to say no one really knows the prices except the sign hanging that no one follows. I definitely would not recommend!

I get my nails done about every two weeks. I get mani’s and pedi’s. I have gone lots of places over the years. I wish this place were better because it’s the closest nail salon to my house. The pedicures here are just okay. They don’t do a lot of heel work like most other places. You can get some heel work, but you have to spend another $ 10 and get the Luxury Pedi. Well, I can get the extra work with a regular pedi at Hollywood Nails down the street so… Also, the last time I went here I got gel nails that bubbled within a few hours of having them done. The staff is mostly nice, but there are some people who work here who are kind of abrupt and mean. The place looks nice on the inside, but unfortunately the end result doesn’t really wow me.

Great atmosphere and great service. My pedicure lasted over 2 weeks! I will definitely go back!

I went to see Helen at Nail’s Touch for the first time last weekend. One word: AMAZING! It was easily the best mani/​pedi of my life. Helen has serious attention to detail and spends a lot of time perfecting your nails. She painted cute little flowers on my fingers and toes, and they are miraculously still intact several dates later. Also, the prices at Nail’s Touch can’t be beat. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.
