The service by the order taker was good, sandwich was good.
When I asked for change, after I just purchased a meal, he asked the manager if that was okay. She said «we are not allowed to give change», Terrible customer service. She was rude and short about it. He gave me a $ 10 bill back for my change and I asked if he could break the $ 10 into 2 — $ 5’s (he had plenty in his drawer). Find a different Jimmy John’s franchise to order/​buy your sandwiches from! This one doesn’t know how to treat its customers!
