Their staff is never there during posted hours. Creepy repair dude has entered my friend salt with out permission twice in one day. Lady who manages it illegally parks in the side lot. Building is literally crumbling. It’s near impossible for residents to get packages left in office.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Denver, CO
I lived at 116 Oak Grove for almost 2 years from Nov 2010-Nov 2012. I had a fair experience here, just a couple things that bothered me but overall it’s a good place to live. They offer parking and some paid utilities, but I do think that the parking is a bit overpriced. I’ve been paying $ 70/month for parking(which is a lot to begin with) and if I would have signed my lease another time, it went up to $ 100/month. That’s just a bit out of my price range. I found the apartment pretty clean and the laundry room and hallways also clean. Since a new lady took over management, there were some small changes as far as where to send your rent and so on which was a small headache but easy to figure out. I didn’t find the new manager(Jessica?) particularly friendly, the lady who works in the office(Lisa) is very nice and understanding. I would recommend to people who can afford to live here, or don’t have a car, especially if you work or go to school downtown. After reading the other reviews on here I’m worried that I’ll get ripped off for my deposit, so I’ll be sure to document everything I clean.
