The Buckingham Apartments

Oh how I loved living at The Buckingham. Hands down the best apartments I lived in on LaSalle (and I lived in 3 different buildings on that street). The management is so nice and the building is beautiful. The apartments vary (but they were all nice), I looked at a few when I first moved there. I ended up living in a beautiful studio with an awesome walk in closet with a built in dresser. It also had an alcove with shelves that were perfect for a TV and books and stuff.
This building also had amenities! A workout room, indoor pool and laundry, not to mention elevators! They are also one of the few places in Loring Park that has off street parking though you do have to pay extra for it, but if you are familiar with the area you know it’s worth it! If I ever have to leave my house for some reason I would seriously consider moving back to The Buckingham building.

Truly nice place to live downtown. Rent is quite reasonable for what you get, and they do yeoman’s service in keeping the building free of sketch factor. The building is family-​owned, and it shows. The swimming pool and hot tub are perfect for winters. If the building was connected to the Skyway, I could spend most of the winter without ever going outside.
