Pow Window Cleaning

I purchased a Groupon to use their window cleaning services. Scheduling an appointment is challenging because their business phone number is a voice mail that is always full. When emailing them the response takes a few days (at best).
Finally scheduled our service (at their convenience) which they did not show up for or call me or email me to reschedule. I finally got a response to my email to them and they rescheduled at (again) their convenience — several weeks later.
When they showed up they offered the «Rain Guard» protection upgrade — which I purchased.
Whatever they put on our windows has ruined them. Any rain or moisture that gets near our window now clings and spots and cannot be removed! Our windows are RUINED!
First I emailed POW (the only way to contact them) requesting they advise me on how to get whatever it is they put on my windows off and the never responded. Next I emailed them requesting a refund for the check I wrote (that was cashed within 24 hours) for ruining our windows — but alas no response.
This is a sham of a business and frankly I am shocked that Groupon sold their services. It makes me also question Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon to use their window cleaning services late last fall. We weren’t able to schedule a time to clean our windows with the cold weather quickly approaching, and the owner said he’d honor the coupon value in the spring. I’ve tried multiple times since late May (now early July) to schedule a time for cleaning and screen repair, and they have not responded to my requests. Not a respectable way to earn business, regardless of how good their work may truly be. Too bad, too, because we would love to find an affordable, reputable company to clean our windows on a semi-​annual basis.
