Horrible.
On Saturday, I hired QualiCO to clean my apartment because I had just moved out. It was the last thing that I needed to do before I drove my belongings to my new apartment across the country. I was told that the cleaning crew would arrive between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. I had not heard from them by 4:45 and called to make sure someone was coming. I was then told that the crew would not arrive for another hour and a half. This process repeated itself throughout the evening, until the cleaning crew finally showed up at 9:15 p. m…over FOUR HOURS late! They did not finish until nearly midnight.
The manager was decently nice and offered a 10% discount (~$ 24). But a $ 24 discount in no way makes up for having to sit around an empty apartment all day, waiting for the cleaning the crew, while my car sat outside packed and ready to leave.
Even cable companies aren’t 4 hours late for their appointments… though even if they were, installing cable isn’t something you can do on your own. Cleaning is something that anyone can do. The only reason cleaning services exist is for the sake of convenience – if not for convenience, cleaning companies serve no purpose. I thought hiring QualiCO would be more convenient than cleaning the apartment myself, but I could not have been more wrong. Do not hire QualiCO unless you have time to waste.
