I used Rasmussen cleaning to shampoo the carpets and clean the ducts of a house we just bought. The previous owner had a cat and my wife is allergic.
We have had zero problems with allergies. so far a few months later.
They are not miracle workers, the old construction quality carpet looked better but not much better.
The duct cleaning was successful judging by the lack of allergies.
The service was very friendly, the owner did the cleaning with a new guy. It was fun talking «shop» with the owner.
I would use and recommend these guys again.
I give them a solid, very solid 4 starts.
