This specific store provides, hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to a cell phone provider. They are very responsive, very quick to solve any issues and have become my go to location for any questions or issues that come up. The team here is a breath of fresh air and I’m so very happy I happened to go there to do the switch from AT&T.

This store exemplifies everything that is wrong with Sprint. Worst customer service I’ve ever received from any industry was at this store. They not only completely disrespected me, but they refused to help me trouble shoot what may have been wrong with my phone. While one of the employees disrespected me and talked condescendingly to me, the manager watched and giggled. If you want help and friendly customer service do not go here!

I used to love this particular location but now, every single time I go into this place, my issue gets passed through at least two employees, if not more. Generally the final employee makes almost no effort to help me or resolve my issue, leaving me frustrated every time. I’ve had better experiences with this store in the past and I miss the old employees.

This specific store is why I am switching to another provider once my plan is up. HORRIBLEHORRIBLE employees! Had an issue with my phone, was told to drop it off by 5 to get it serviced by the time they close at 6. Told them I’d be cutting it close since I’d have to leave work early, they said it’d be no problem. Got there at 4:59. This little punk Daniel said, «Well, we close at 6 and I’m looking at another phone right now sooooo… I don’t know what to tell you.» I gave him the phone and said, «I got here by 5, here’s my phone, I’ll be back at 6.» A replacement was needed so he was going to order it and it would be within a few days and they would call me. A week went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I called, and lo and behold it was in! Got the replacement and then the same problem occurred(which I was ASSURED was fixed with this new one I got). Called and told Joel what was going on and that I was unhappy with Daniel and he said that he would order a new one and make sure that the issue was fixed. That was THREE weeks ago! And I’ve heard nothing! They’ve lost a loyal Spring customer solely by the actions of this store.

Ask for Clint – pleasant, open and calm. Had a great experience when it came down to having to buy a new phone under stressful conditions: out of state, at a conference where you’re a major player and thousands of contacts in the dead phone. I would like to recognize Ralph who helped identify the perfect replacement phone and why an iPhone(that was now going to be sold) was not it the day before purchase.
