Great store, I usually try going before 11:00am or after 3:00pm on weekdays. Today, like most days, was great. Got helped by Tareq, out with a phone and sim with all I needed, under 10 mins.

The staff who provide the customer service are very good. It’s not their fault that T-​mobile policy requires them to charge $ 21.56 «handling fee» to replace an in-​warranty defective phone — even when I already pay $ 72.00 per year «handset warranty». Getting nicked with fees like this is why mobile phone providers have a bad reputation.
