Steve Madden

I just had a fantastic experience with this Steve Madden! So I’ll tell my whole story; I live In NYC and saw a girl on the subway with these shoes that I HAD to have! Once I found out that they were Steve Maddens online, I also found out that there were only 3 stores in the US that still had them in my size, and were unavailable to order anywhere else. So I called the Minnesota Steve Madden store which was the closest store listed as carrying them, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was an angel! Not only was she super-​nice and personable, but she gave me a discount on my shoes bc there was a tiny spot (which is barely noticeable) & waved my shipping fee — I’LL TAKE EM! Can’t beat a deal like that, especially when there are only 3 known pairs of the shoes I HAD to have! Even when I called a few days later for the tracking info, a different woman I spoke with was so friendly and helpful.
Long story short, got a great deal on these must have shoes, very friendly and helpful for phone orders and my shoes came within a week! THANK YOU, Minneapolis location!
