We received mail from them after an auto accident. They go to the police department to seek out personal contact information and send mail to people who have been in an accident. This may be a legal practice but it feels unethical and distasteful. If they don’t understand that scraping my personal information from the police department might make me feel as if my privacy was violated they are not people I would do business with.
