Had a 2nd good experience with Technical Reinforcements, on January 6, 2016.
Over a 5 day period, I lost my entire Outlook email. Don’t ask me how… I’m not a computer guy… I absolutely hate dealing with computer issues… it just disappeared with all my folders and emails. I was «freaking out!»
I utilized them last June 2015 via a referral and had great success, so I called them again.
The worst part of needing help is not knowing if I’m being ripped off or getting a great deal.
Eric arrived on time. I walked him through what happened to date. An hour later I had my Outlook email and all my folders back on line and running. :)
The price was fair and Eric actually put everything into layman’s terms so that I understood what all was going on and I never felt like I was being screwed over. I would strongly recommend Technical Reinforcements for any computer repairs.

I’ve used Technical Reinforcements for 6+ years and everyone on on their team shines. They show up on time, work hard to fix the problem, tell me how to avoid future glitches and save money, and they charge a fair price. I’m a power computer user and a former geek (back in the ‘90s) and I’ve tried just about every tech support person and company in the Twin Cities. There is NOBODY better than Technical Reinforcements!
