Excellent service this time. And as always the buffalo chicken salad was great. We have not always had good service in the recent past but tonight it was spot on. Shannon did a great job!

I stopped here for the first time and ordered the shrimp tacos. The bartender was really helpful and friendly, and suggested things to put on my tacos. AMAZING. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive everything on the menu was. Bartender was attentive but not annoying. I’d definitely come back.

Sloooooooooooooow. Wow. 1.5 hours to get our lunch. And you would think they would at least comp the fries. Nope.

The service here has always been really slow and nonexistent; however, we’ve always come back because the burgers are really good here. Tonight we had enough. Arrived at 5:40, ordered food at 5:55, and at 7:05 we decided to leave because they still had not cooked our meal. We ordered two hamburgers. 70 minute wait for two hamburgers we never got. It’s a hamburger. I don’t care how busy they are, should be able to take cook two hamburgers in less than 70 minutes. Asked to talk to a manager but she never showed up to the table. After ten minutes of waiting for manager just decided to leave. Found manager to express our concerns and she seemed dumbfounded that I had an issue waiting 70 minutes for two hamburgers that were still not cooked yet. The best part was when she said she was going to comp the food I never got. So I guess I didn’t have to pay for food I never received after sitting there hour and a half. Awesome. And keep in mind, I only ordered two burgers. Awesome. Waiters waitresses and hosts were running around apologizing for the long wait to every table. Enter this place at your own risk. What a joke.

One of the best places in Blaine. Great food… occasionally they 86 a featured menu item, but that is because it is a feature. I have never had a problem with the availability of items of the main menu. Bottom line good food(burgers and tacos), awesome national craft beer selection, and good service. And as it gets warmer in this frozen state… an incredible patio.

Well, what can I say… Went here for bingo night so a tad busy, but onion rings were nasty. All batter. Tiny onion. Not cooked all the way thru. And by batter, I mean gobs of it. The burger was not cooked pink at all. Decent. Nacho’s were okay…

OMG! The Pork Belly Tacos are amazing. I also highly recommend the Mean Green Olive burger. It’s spicy and so yummy! The best burger in town in my opinion. The management there has also improved immensely. The staff is on-point, knowledgable about beer and food and they’re super friendly. It wasn’t always that way when they first opened, but the place has really worked out the kinks.

My wife and I tried Roadside for the first time recently on a rare«date night.» We have a 2 ½ year old and a 1 year old so we agonize over where to go so that we don’t «waste» the moment. We both walked away pleasantly surprised. The first thing that impressed me was the Castle Danger beer — along with many other great beers. We love craft beers, we’ve been to many micro breweries/tap rooms and Roadside’s selection is impressive. They allow you to sample before you commit so keep that in mind if you’re having trouble picking a beer from the list. We’ve heard that both the burgers and the tacos are good. For this visit we tried the tacos. I had the Pork Belly tacos at the servers suggestion and they were awesome — good spice, great flavors. My wife had the steak tacos. Equally delicious. We moved here from South Minneapolis and I have no doubt that Roadside would be a hit if it were located there. That’s saying allot because there are a ton of food options and a number of places to get great tacos and beer. We’re thankful to have this place in Blaine and we’re looking forward to bringing friends there.

Great happy hour prices. Ordered the nachos and when they arrived they looked underwhelming. HOWEVER, they were serious the best nachos my wife and I have ever had and only $ 5! Since we just moved here we plan on being regulars.

Love the craft beer selection, however their food portions are kinda small. Had the happy hour nachos when they first opened and they were rather tiny! If you are more interested in craft beer than food, this is the place to go to! The bartenders know their stuff and make it easy to find something you will like!

Friday night on the patio– perfect place to catch up with an old friend! We started by sharing an order of onion rings, and they were really, really good! Greasy, but that’s what you want with a cold beer! Then we shared an order of the pork belly tacos. I was a tad bit skepticle, but it was truly the best taco I have ever eaten. The waitresses were very nice, and super helpful in suggesting beers and tacos. I planned to only eat a bite of the taco and then pass it off to my friend. But after the first bite, I knew there was no way I was sharing it! Thank you for the perfect night!

Stopped in tonight for a taco and beer. Tried the coconut curry chicken tacos. Not bad added salsa to give it some flavor. but overall tasty. Happy Hour all day Sunday is nice. To bad waiter did not mention some items on Happy Hour food wise.

Had their pork belly tacos. They tasted decent enough but nothing to brag about. Portions a little small. Ordered their queso dip as well and that was not so good. Came out barely warm and half of my chips were very soggy. Overall this place just didn’t impress me. Typical bar scene inside and the staff were friendly.

Stopped in for a quick happy hour. We had nachos which were pretty good(nacho cheese sauce vs. melted shredded cheese) and wings, which I thought weren’t that great and were overpriced. Looking over the menu everything seems kind of expensive. We may give it another try for dinner sometimes though, since it’s so close.

I’ve been here a couple times, never of my own choosing. Food — barely acceptable. You really offer a 1⁄3 lb burger for $ 8 with no sides? Tacos are decent but usually dripping wet which I don’t care for. All of the food is really overpriced. 7 bucks for two tacos? Salsa is awful. Ketchup would be an improvement. Service — hit or miss most of the time. Seem to rush orders. Drinks — offer decent selection, but I’m not a big drinker

This place was great! I had the Abodo brisket tacos. They were really delicious. I also had the chips and queso. They have these really diesel tortilla chips that do not suck. Really impressed. I was told that the burgers are outstanding, also. I didn’t go for a burger this time because I am currently about one burger away from a heart attack. Next time, tho! :)

Meh. Snapper tacos were running with grease and WAY, WAY, WAY over salted. I couldn’t eat it. My partner enjoyed his burger. Fries tasted burnt. Kids grilled cheese seemed like best thing we ordered. Lots of cheap cheddar — so the kid liked it. Ice tea was«nasty» per waitress. We agree. Chili cheese fries were cold. We wanted to love this place. We will come back to try brunch. The hash sounds promising

Very casual fun atmosphere — just right. Cool décor. Food prices are low and the beverage selection is not on a short list. Food: flavor and unique; by far much better than the average local hot spot in NMetro. Service is outstanding !

This place is an acceptable burger and beer joint in the north suburbs. Staff is super friendly, we were there on a very busy bingo night and they did everything they could to get us squeezed in so we could play. The food is ala carte, you buy your sides separate, and it is served family style, no individual plates. The burgers are pretty darn good and a good size. Onion ring warning — they are huge — and very greasy. Delicious nonetheless. It was so busy the day we were there that they were hovering over you waiting for you to finish your drink, so they could take the glass and clean it for use for someone else. Service was still good, my water glass was filled when I needed it to be, and our server got us our checks promptly. I would come here again if I had a hankering for a burger in the burbs.

Bluzy’s probably deserves a 4.5, but I will give them a 5 to balance out all of the negative nellies on Unilocal. My tacos DID have too many garnishes and had a lot of juice come out of them. However, that is where the complaints end. My husband and I came on a Sunday after running a bunch of errands. First of all — Happy Hour ALL day on Sunday. Score! The beer list is great. Cheap bloody mary’s and cheap rail drinks, as well. I reckon that the establishments under this umbrella of restaurants have THE best beer selection in the northern suburbs. I greatly appreciate that. I seriously can think of nowhere else in the metro where you can get some of these craft beers(such as Cisco, for example) for $ 3 during happy hour. It also baffles me that anyone would order Miller Lite for the SAME price as some of these delicious craft beers. We dug the atmosphere. Excellent music, not too busy, though it was filling up when we left. The food was great. i loved my fish tacos(yes, a little too juicy) and my husband liked his pork tacos. He particularly LOVED the chili — spicy with just enough heat, but not overly spicy. I can’t wait to try some of the food off the burger side of the menu. I also have no problem with no fries coming with the burgers. The prices are totally reasonable. I think people just like to complain. This place will likely become a new Sunday tradition!
