I was told my tires are under warranty. When I found I had a nail in one of my tires, I brought it in. They told me it was too damaged to fix and would have to switch out my tire for $ 24. It wasn’t the end of the world to pay for a new tire. Now I can drive comfortably again.

I’ve had issues with them in the past but I thought I’d give them a chance again today. Was disappointed with them today as well. The vehicle I drive had the tire pressure light come on this morning during my drive to work. I went to tires plus on my meal break at work in the late afternoon. Was told they would need to keep my vehicle for several hours. When I walked out the door an older lady who wasn’t there when I arrived had pulled up alongside the garage and was getting her tires checked no problem. I wasn’t upset too much until that point but questioned why it would be such a hassle for them when it takes 5 – 10 minutes. Discriminatory treatment from the staff. Nice. My husband’s car needs new tires and now I will refuse to purchase them here.

I have been going to this location for years. I enjoy the staff, they always make me feel appreciated. They always go above and beyond. It’s a great feeling to know I can trust them. The service manager Ray and his team get 5 stars from me!

I’ve been to this location a number of times. I always feel like they «do the right thing» and today proved that again. I scheduled brake pads for front and back. Somehow I decided that I need them but they assured me that my brakes were just fine. Appreciate your honesty!

I’ve brought my cars here for tires and suspension work for a few years. Very nice guys, decent rates. Caveat: Recently had them take off my snows and put on Summer tires. Told me that the noise was my new tires. Took it to another place who confirmed needing a hub and wheel bearings.

I got tires from here and they sealed one of them wrong leading to my air pressure dropping every 3 weeks. I came back to see if it could be resolved and they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake.

I’ve always had a good experience here. This place isn’t much to look at but the staff are friendly enough and they get the job done. And they do more than just tires. I’ll be coming here from now on for all my oil changes.
