This review is for their Chicken Wings. I have yet to try their pizza. Last semester, I decided to pull an All-Nighter before my cardiovascular midterm exam on campus. I got to campus around 10ish to begin cramming. Around 2AM, my stomach started to growl in search of some sustenance. I was getting hungry. There was no way I was going to get through the night without some food. My options around campus were quite limited at the time. Either some pre-made food at Walgreens or Toppers Pizza. I just wanted something small, so instead of ordering pizza, I decided to try their boneless wings cause I love wings! I ordered online and then walked there 15 minutes later to pick them up. I got the ½ pound order of boneless wings for $ 7.99 + tax. Upon picking them up, it felt really light. I knew it was not going to fill me up for the night. I walked back disappointed and after getting back to the lounge I opened it up to see the portions. I was quite disappointed. That was clearly not ½ pound of chicken! I wanted to go back for a refund, but I had to study for my exam. I quickly ate the few pieces of boneless wings and moved on to studying. It tasted ok, nothing special, but not terrible. I’d still go to Buffalo Wild Wings for wings though. It’s for sure that I’ll never order chicken from Toppers again.

I’m always looking for new food delivery to my downtown Minneapolis home and got a menu in the mail so I tried. While it only took about 35 minutes to be delivered, $ 45 for tip, delivery, 2liter coke, medium specialty pizza, small order of buffalo wings and toppers stix is absurd so I wouldn’t do it again. unless desperate. The quality and taste are similar to Sarapinos and that’s right downstairs from me(and also not worthwhile no matter how convenient).

Okay, so it’s good pizza. But is it worth the price? And if I’m drunk, do I need to spend $ 15 dollars on a pizza? Or would I be just as satisfied with a pizza from Papa John’s or Dominos, just down the street? These are the questions you have to ask yourself when you’re thinking about getting Toppers. And okay, maybe you’re not drunk and maybe it’s not 2am, but then why not go somewhere even better?

Every college campus area has a pizza place like this. Ridiculously late hours(3:30AM for this location) and inexpensive run of the mill pizza. Toppers delivers(both figuratively and literally) greasy, good pizza for the post-drinking munches. Think of Topper’s as drunk food and your expectations will be more than met. As for me, I was stone cold sober, but they met my need of needing food close to my hotel at half past midnight.

Pretty good pizza, super cheap and got a sweet check-in deal. I’d go back.

This Toppers sucks. I always associated Toppers with run of the mill pizza and ridiculously good customer service. While the pizza was standard at this location, the service was awful… the guy I ordered from on the phone was rude and mumbling the whole time, and kind of hung up on me?! It was one of those cases where the customer was way more polite than the server(or in this case, the order-taker). There’s no reason to order from here. If the Toppers schtick is really great customer service, they need to screen their employees a little better. The delivery guy was fine. They forgot the side of BBQ sauce I requested. P. S. This isn’t particular to this Toppers location, but I wanted to shoot myself in the face after listening to the obnoxious ads while I waited for someone to take my call. Seriously, Toppers, get rid of that.

stthe variety on the menu is outstanding. It gets busy at night so be ready to and patient to wait. Its worth it. Bacon stix with nacho… yum. The hrs are great as well. I hope they stick around. Sexy food.

The best drunk food you will ever have. There’s not much else to say. I’ve never been to the actual store, just ordered after midnight. It does take a while sometimes because I’m pretty sure that’s their busiest time. Just order the triple order of Topper’s sticks with nacho cheese, bbq, and marinara and you will be in a drunk food wonderland.

It’s a pizza place, so you don’t expect gourmet. But on Washington Avenue, where lunch is the main rush of the day, you do expect it to be quick. And Topper’s falls a bit short there. Call ahead or be ready to wait. The pizza was perfectly fine. In fact, I kind of liked that you can order a MyZa — a personal-sized pizza. That way you don’t have to either take a half a pizza back to the office or come with a crew ready to devour a couple larger pies. I did like the crust and the cheesy stix as well. There are just two tables in this place. Most of the business I suspect is carry-out.

Great pizza compared to the local competition(really not a fan of Neapolitan style pizza), though it is quite expensive even with a coupon. Good assortment of toppings and I love their crust and sauce. The cinnasticks are killer too. I’d stick to a single order though as the triple order just doesn’t cook as well. Their service can be anywhere from horrible to ok. They often screw up(or completely forget about) orders but if you call and complain they sometimes give you a coupon. Their online ordering doesn’t let you order frosting with the cinnasticks. Doesn’t stop me from ordering though!
