Web says they deliver, so I called to place an order for delivery. Woman who answered said«we don’t deliver» and hung up on me. Well, maybe I would have picked up my order, but now I will never order anything from this place. –0 on the customer service scale.

I used to come here often, the more I came here the more I would regret it. The service is just not good. I tend to call in my orders(anywhere I go to avoid waiting) and the woman that answers, and takes your payment and orders inside happens to just have an attitude all the time. Over the phone she yells, I ordered shrimp fried rice and asked for extra shrimp, she asked if I want the $ 2 extra shrimp? So I asked what are the other options, she yelled«JUSTTELLMEHOWMUCHEXTRASHRIMPYOUWANT»! The food is good but the service is not. long story short I don’t give this place my money anymore, especially to be treated that way.

Based on your typical American Chinese fast food, this place takes the cake. The food is hot, fresh, and deliciously greasy. Keep in mind this is a to-go restaurant, I certainly wouldn’t dine-in. Would you dine-in at a dominos if they had a couple card tables? I think not. And in reference to the reviews complaining about the lady taking the orders, are you serious? Maybe it’s because I’m married into a Vietnamese family, but I think she’s just as nice as any other person I’ve ever met. She can actually be pretty funny at times. She’s just short on the phone because she’s trying to streamline the service, and if you haven’t been here, you’ll realize the phone rings non stop with orders regardless of the time of day. She reminds me of a nicer version of Seinfeld’s soup Nazi…90s throwback reference. Anyways, my tips. 1. Grab a paper menu while you’re there, you’ll want it next time you call in an order. 2. Order beef lo mein, just do it. 3. Always always always ask for hot chili oil when she asks if you want any sauce. You’re welcome.

When we lived nearby, this was the place to get good Chinese. I miss it now that we live in Minneapolis.

This is one of maybe 30 — 40 Chinese take-outs with the same menu. It’s a ‘joint’ so I can forgive many things… but… I ordered off the menu Orange chicken. It’s not cooked to order. They have a hot bar. The chicken was swimming in a gloppy, ultrasweet syrup(can’t call it sauce). Also the batter was thick, and the chicken fried too hard. It was some of the worst Chinese food I’ve been served. The portions are large — I managed to eat 1⁄3 of it and throw the rest away. The staff had very limited English.

Called to do delivery, she cut me off and told me they don’t do that and hung up… I would have gladly picked it up but now I will never order from here. No amount of crap chinese food will convince me to be mistreated when I am trying to support your business.

This is my all time best place to get my fried rice and fried chicken. I used to come here a lot when I lived out in Brooklyn part but I move to Minneapolis for 2 years and now I am back and I am here on a regular a once again! My food is always hot and fresh and the service is pretty friendly. I would say it needs some detail cleaning in the sitting area!

This restaurant is head and shoulders above any other take out Chinese food you can get in the metro area! The staff is very friendly, though there is sometimes a communication barrier. You can’t beat their lunch special and the dinner special isn’t bad either! Excellent quality of food as well!

Went there yesterday to try something new and was very pleasantly surprised. It reminded us of a Chinese place back home in WI. We would recommend it to all our friends.

Should give it another try but too many good places around. This was dark meat and very fat.

Not very good. Fried rice was bland, greasy on some of the other dishes. Many other choices around and I won’t be choosing this place again.

This has recently become one of my regular takeout restaurants. I always find that the Combo plates are a good deal and the food taste pretty decent considering the location. It has taken me a while to find a Chinese restaurant near Maple Grove that servers good food. Let me tell you, it’s a huge challenge. I think Chinese people just tend to gravitate South even if it’s only 10 – 15 miles. lol Ok, so I’ve tried the following: Spicy Chicken — Not very good too many onions and not very spicy Hunan Chicken — It’s a little spicy, but I would’ve like it to be more so. Good balance of meet and vegetable. Szechuan Beef — Good taste. Would’ve like it to be hotter. Shrimp w/Lobster Sauce — Taste is pretty standard.(Note this is a slimy dish) The shrimp was good, but probably would be better with white rice vs. fried. I probably wouldn’t recommend ordering as a stand alone dish. Parking during lunch is a hassle. The parking lot is usually full and people around there don’t know how to drive. But, that’s another story for another time… Overall, give this place a try if you like Chinese food.

Xin Xin’s is one of the best Chinese take out places I’ve found. They have fantastic food, quick & polite service, and the amount of food for your money is incredible. The spicy chicken and spicy fried rice are awesome!

This is One of the best take out Chinese restaurants I’ve found. Their chicken wings are a must get! They are crunchy, salty and have something special in them that I cant put my finger on. Come Friday I am always craving their sweet and sour shrimp. They are always willing to make the pork fried rice extra spicy with no extra charge. The portion sizes are very generous and the staff is very friendly. This is a great local place to support.

Small little chinese take out place with phenomenal food. They make the food right after order and it usually takes about 10 – 15 minutes depending, so the food is hot and very delicious ! I always order egg fried rice and their chicken. Super yummy. There are also a few tables for those who want to enjoy their food there, but I suggest just ordering out. Portions are large, super delicious, and hot. Small downside is the sometimes the high level of salt in some dishes, but I am sure they are willing to change that if you ask. Food here is better than chinese chain restaurants or buffets. Highly recommend.
