The same thing happen to us. We called and was told $ 29.00 plus a min of $ 25.00 to unlock the car. Even their ad says $ 29.00. We were handed a bill to sign without any figures on it. The driver then put a charge of $ 185.00 on it. Totally ripped off for a $ 50.00 job. We contacted the better business bureau. The could not send them a letter because they are«mobile» without an office location. DONOTUSETHEM!!! Cheaters. Non Americans running a scam.

After calling a few local locksmiths and asking for price quotes after locking my keys in my car, I made the poor decision to choose 24⁄7 Locksmith. When I asked what it would cost to unlock my car the woman on the phone told me «There is a $ 29 service fee and a minimum $ 25 charge» for the car lockout. Once the technician arrived, it took 3 minutes to unlock my car, and he handed me a bill for $ 174. I was charged the $ 29 service fee plus $ 165 to unlock the car. After a decent quote on the phone that convinced me to choose their deceitful business, once they arrived my only options were to pay the service fee and refuse the service after the time wasted waiting for the technician, or pay the ridiculously unexpected price. Unfortunately I had to get to work, so I just paid the fine and left. The receipt had all of the typical locksmith services listed and the cheapest service was $ 85. With 24⁄7 Locksmith’s current business practices every single one of their customers will leave the experience feeling ripped off and lied to. Next time you need your car unlocked, smash in the window instead of calling 24⁄7 Locksmith. It’ll cost less to have your elbow stitched up.
