So tried to upgrade my phone and switch to a different account, 4 hrs later it still didn’t happen. The manager Thomas was having so many bad customer service interactions when he had to call to clear something up. Customer service hung up on him, transferred him several times, said they would call back and never did. Thomas asked me nicely to just go home and he will finish up on his own time. I came in the next morning and everything was settled. I have a feeling he stayed late that night to finish what needed to happen. So glad Thomas was handling this case but nothing should have taken 4 plus hours in the store.
