Food was so so for a mall store. On a par with leanne chin’s. Very marginal veggies messy set up area. Service was better than average. But the prices for size of portion was outrageous. I will not go back ever again. Do your self a favor and find a mom and pop place and embrace it you will be a lot happier.

The quality of food here is absolutely miserable. The soft noodles are dried and hardened from poor preparation. The food is all medium grade before being mangled by the prep process. The check-out at the Byerly-Lunds it’s located in ranges from incompetent to lazy. They spent a fair amount of money trying to upgrade this store after Whole Foods opened, but it still feels dreary. There’s better cheap Chinese options. Avoid.

I love this place! I’m live in California now and anytime I visit family in Minnesota, I always go to the big bowl!

Love this place for lunch! Always great service, quick easy and yummy! Never have had a bad meal and good quantity for the price.

Not impressed with the quality of the food here. Been to Sears buy some Tools during lunch hour, dropped by for a quick pick up. Being a vegetarian — ordered a Vegetarian Fried Rice with Tofu. The fried tofu was too oily with bubbles filled with oil — there goes my protein — Still tried 2 cubes and find that it is not spiced right and not flavorful. Then I start to dig into the rice — Again there is nothing asian to it — just seemed like bland rice with a very few veggies thrown into it. Worst part was finding eggs in your vegetarian food — I am not that picky, so ended up separating them out and finishing them up. I would have given 1 star, but the service was good so giving it an extra star. I would avoid this place and instead go to Pei Wei for the best Asian food.

Seriously. Why do I keep coming back to this place? I’m Asian for godsakes. I should be frequenting authentic Chinese cuisine during my limited lunch half hour. Instead, I head over to the nearest upscale grocery store, Byerely’s, and stand in line with upper to über-upper middle class folks sampling the«exotic» Chinese food. Reason: the service is FAST, the food is actually good, the servers are friendly and the manager is always welcoming. Sometimes I close my eyes and pretend that I’m ordering from a street vendor in Beijing. Only to wake up as my street vendor barks orders in Spanish to the cooks.
