Small and kind of cute place. The lady working was very friendly. I had the owner do my pedi. He didn’t ask me what kind I wanted, just assumed the basic, water was cold, used the bathroom and it was filthy. I got gel polish and had to have him trim pieces off because it was so messy. It will most likely peel. Would never return.

They do a great foot and leg massage with a pedicure. Really great value.

I have been coming here for several Years! Mimi the co-​owner is extremely friendly and always says hi to all customers! Tom the husband also co-​owner is great and does all the gel nails and is the front of the salon. He is answering phones too during the process, but that doesn’t bother me because he is the owner! I really respect them they came here 13 years ago started a business with nothing and now have 2 sons in U of M. If this isn’t the American Dream what is!
Plus they do a great job! To those who criticize that they are answering the phone or saying hi to customers wake up it is their business!!!
Don’t hesitate to come here!!!

I was not happy with the service I received. I walked in and yes, the staff was very friendly. I wanted a gel manicure. they had a very small selection of color options. I also brought a pinterest picture of what I wanted to have don. I was an ombré white/​French manicure. The woman who was helping me said she could do it. I had black colored gel nails on at the time when I walked in. She removed most of the polish but there were several flecks still on my nails after she was done. She did a very poor job cleaning my cuticles and then passed me on to her husband who was going to do my gel polish. His desk was by the register and that was strange because her would stop and talk to other people when they came in even though there were at least 2 other employees not doing anything who could help those walking in the door.
The manicure gel was not what I asked for. I did not get an ombré effect, I got a French manicure with extra thick tips. It looked just ok.
On top of it, the woman who cleaned my nails told me the Monday special price was $ 22.00 for gel. I was charged $ 35.00. I will not be going back there.

Thia is my second time at krystal nails. Great prices. I got a man and pedi for 35.00. This is a small ahop with about 6 pedi and mani stations so make a reservation… but they do take walk ins.
I WILL DEFINETLY BE COMING BACK BECAUSE I LOOOVVVEEE THE LEG AND FOOT MASSAGE. most places just rub ur legs with lotion for a total of 5 mintes. But I received awesome leg and foot massages both time. It was soo relaxing and she really dug in
I disliked the small color selection and that the drying station was uv light only no fans qith2 4 seats. I was oldschool and got a regular mani instead of gel but it took like fifteen minutes to dry which felt like forever
Ill definetly be going back for pedis bc the massage was everything. 1 time I had MiMi this time I had another woman with long hair

Get your nails done here. Great prices, friendly people. Always willing to accommodate you and get you in a chair right away. Some services are cheaper on Mon, Tues, Wed. Mimi is very friendly! I went back in after smudging my thumb nail putting my seatbelt on and they were happy to fix it and get it dry.

Krystal Nails is clean and the staff are very friendly. The owners are clearly working very hard. Business must be good because the shop is very busy when I have been there. I will not return soon however for the following reasons relating to my last appointment. Mrs. Owner asked 3 times if I wanted pedicure («only $ 22.00 today») until I agreed. Her pedicure felt rushed and the foot and leg massage were so quick and her touch «light» — not massage. All during my pedicure she was talking with staff, hollering «hello» to people coming in the door, and adding to the frantic atmosphere of the shop. Mr. Owner did the polish on my feet and his work was very fast and messy. Mr. Owner did my manicure — his station is at the front desk. During my manicure he answered the phone 7 times stopping my service to talk with other customers and write in the schedule book. My manicure was quick, uneven and certainly not worth the $ 35.00 he charged me (the posted prices said my manicure was supposed to be $ 30.00). I did not feel like a valued client.
