I always, always, always look forward to coming in here… The people who work here are completely on top of everything, and if I have an appointment, I’m in and out with no problem. If something happens to my glasses that need fixing… I feel very comfortable about bringing in my glasses here to get it fixed. I love the people who work at the front counter and I love the optometrists here. So happy to have gotten my glasses here, and will be a loyal customer here for life!

Incredibly rude customer service from the person who scheduled my appointment. She had a bad attitude and hung up the call without a word. I cancelled my appointment with them. I would not go to this location when there are countless other opticians around.

These guys are amazing! I cracked my ray bans lens and the general manager fixed them right up with a replacement in no time at all! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you!

Even though the mall was crazy busy today, LensCrafters treated me as if I was the only person in the mall. Ellie helped me with all my needs. Ellie recommended me with the great customer discount and my total purchase for a pair of glasses was only $ 5,000!
