Not so impressed with this store. Got pushed into a set of glasses that I said I did not care for…
Then, I paid for an years worth of contacts and the set of glasses. Needed a receipt for the contacts to redeem a rebate. Mgr said I could not get one (through a employee) was too scared to speak to me directly… Hid behind his employee.
Because, his employee forgot to charge me fifty dollars for the contact fitting. So, I was being punished because they made a mistake.
I would have been happy to pay. However, it took 3 trips and 4 calls to get the glasses dealt with. The woman kept forgetting to do measurements, Forgot that my glasses would take another day due to the lens. Don’t think the technician was qualified to sell frames and glasses.
The eye doc was great,
Things were made right after I contacted the district management…
