Pouring rain the clown shows up and sprays my lawn. Leaves a note on the door saying he was here and I need to water my backyard. Now, it’s raining cats and dogs outside like it has all spring and he tells me in his note to water… So I call trugreen to ask them to come back, now I call the local number but am routed to Texas! WTH, so I get another clown on the phone who talked like he has a mouthful of marbles who was as helpfully as screen door on a sub. I’m canceling my agreement and if they fight I’ll do a chargeback on my credit card. I own a small business, I talked to my employees about this situation. It was a mistake on my part for not googling tuegreen. It was a mistake on there part for treating customers poor.
