Horrible customer service. I talked directly with the retail store manager, Petter Thunshelle. I looked at him told him I wanted my install and he took that as, don’t bother putting an install in the books for this person. I called him the day of my install and he acted like he had no idea what was going on. After a lot of excuses and no answers he suggested I wait another week for another install date. There are other companies in minot, I wouldn’t bother with this one.
