Pizza Hut

Should have read the reviews before ordering! I ordered they said 45min… Hour and a half later I called they said should be there any minute. I wait half hour call back first they say the don’t have the order. Then she says they must have delivered it to the wrong room because someone paid for it. So now I have 3 hungry kids waiting for Papa Johns now!

Pizza Hut restaurants are generally a nice place for a family to eat. I enjoy their salad bars! Unfortunately, this Pizza Hit seemed to be an exception. We were passing through on a charter bus and stopped for a late lunch in this area. My wife, daughter, myself, and a couple other people went to this Pizza Hut for our lunch. I was looking forward to some all-​you-​can-​eat salad bar food. But, at the time of afternoon when we visited, they did not have salad. We decided to stay anyway. We sat down and waited for a number of minutes before an employee came to take our order. We ordered four waters, and I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, some breadsticks and a personal pan pizza. We received our waters fairly soon. But we waited for probably well over 30 minutes for the food. My wife finally asked about it. We ended up getting the food boxed since we needed to be back at the bus by a certain time. Overall, this Pizza Hut gave us SLOW service and not great customer service, not to mention that they didn’t have a salad bar set up at that time in the afternoon. Probably the worst Pizza Hut dining experience I have had.

Pizza never gets delivered.
In the past year I have attempted to order from here several times.
Attempt 1: placed my order, credit card was charged. pizza was not delivered. Called after waiting an hour and was told they would redo the order. Waited another 2 hours and they were closed… still no pizza. Had to call customer service the next day for a refund.
Attempt 2: Waited 2 months, placed an order, credit card was charged. Waited an hour, no pizza. Called in and was told they had no driver for the day. So why had they taken a delivery order in the first place? And why hadn’t they called sooner so we could have gone and picked it up while it was still hot? Told them to cancel the order. 2 hours later their driver came to our door with the pizza order (mind you this is almost 4 hours after the pizza had been ordered and 2 hours after we cancelled the order). Pizza was cold (4 hours old and had clearly been sitting around, the cheese was solidified), completely inedible: we tossed it. On top of that they had charged us for the 2^nd delivery (so we had 2 charges on our credit card, the original order that we had cancelled, and the delivery of the garbage left overs from that we hadnt asked for…). Had to call customer service again for refunds. Was told we would have a free pizza credit as an apology.
Attempt 3: tried to use free pizza credit, had to call and reexplain everything that had happened (they had told us all we needed to do was call in from the same phone number and it would be on record ~ yea, no such luck). Ended up getting $ 10 off instead of a free pizza. Took almost 2 hours for order to arrive and it was cold.
Attempt 4: Waited a few months and tried again. Wanted to try the ninja turtles pizza’s (yea i know its a gimmick but i just thought it would be neat). Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 types of wings.
First off, it took nearly 2 hours to show up. Both pizzas were the wrong toppings. i ended up keeping one because it was close enough; but we had to call in and complain about the other because it included toppings that we couldnt eat due to allergy issues and those toppings had not been ordered. (it was supposed to be a 4 meat pizza the «raphael» instead we ended up being sent something covered in vegetables, jalapenos and pineapple). Well, i dont like jalapenos on pizza (it over powers the taste of everything else) and my girlfriends allergic to pineapple so neither of us was going to eat it. Called in and they did remake her pizza, but it took over an hour to come (so she finally got hers 3 hours after the order was placed). Also the wing orders were both delivered with the same sauce (the whole point of ordering two smaller batches was to get 2 different sauces, if we both wanted the same kind we’d have just ordered 1 larger batch…), wasn’t worth complaining about at the time so we just ate them.
Also, and this may seem minor but… even the pizza cut was wrong. We had ordered the «katana cut», its a novelty they offer during the teenage mutant ninja turtles promotion. I know it seems petty to complain about the pizza being cut wrong, but it just goes to show they cant even get the easiest detail of the order correct. It means they arent even reading the ticket all the way through and just making whatever they feel like. I wouldn’t normally complain about something so petty, but its like an insult on top of all the other mistakes we’ve had to deal with from them.
I’ve lived all over the country and been ordering from pizza hut for decades in dozens of cities. I’ve had other stores occasionally make mistakes, but they were fairly rare and they were always corrected with haste. This is the only pizza hut where I’ve not once been delivered my order correctly and half the time it doesn’t even come at all.
Every other city I’ve lived in I could order from pizza hut once or twice a month and never have any major problems. But this one? … I’m probably gonna end up trying them again but it won’t be for at least another 6 months to a year, hopefully they can get a trained staff by than.

Restaurant dirty. Waiter was listening to music on earphones. Waiter had tobacco snuff in lower lip (real appetizing). Kinda served us our drink order. Waiter came back to pick up some forks from dirty table take to kitchen area. We got up and left the joint. Very bad representation of Pizza Hut. The kicker is I think our waiter was a manager of some nature!

I wish that I could give it no stars. Our pizza was an hour late, we called them and they said its on its way and just hung up. They didn’t ask for a name or any other info. Just hung up. The rudest people around. DO NOT GO HERE

We are Pizza Hut fans… it wasn’t the greatest and maybe we thought it was just an off day and tried it maybe two more times… each time it was disappointing :/​… Each time we ordered delivery the bread sticks always came tuff and dry with cold marinara sauce also… The pizza just seems tasteless and just thrown together…
