This is a unique pizza place, kind of a subway sandwich or qdoba style business model but its pizza. I feel like it is a bit overpriced but eaten here 3 times now while working in Minot and the food is good enough I come back and pay up. Its not fast food but its set up like a fast food type of restaurant. Its a place I would rate higher if a bit cheaper and not sure exactly where it fits in but worth a try. If I were buying a restaurant, this one has to make big $ and the food is good.

Went there for lunch. And the service was excellent and not only that, but we got the meal fast and quick. The staff were all courteous and even came after to say how we were doing. I ordered the combo pizza and salad. It was good …

If you think pizza begins and ends with pepperoni, this is not the place for you. Unique ingredients. Cooked well. Absolutely no complaints with the food. This is pizza I would go out for again and again. Friendly staff on a Saturday evening.

Simply amazing! Attentive, and polite staff. Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had! Great balance with the ingredients, nothing over powering and worked well off of each other. Wonder environment, very clean and upbeat. I’m defiantly coming back with friends!

Tried this joint for lunch. I had the lunch special which was a 6 inch pizza, salad and pop for 8.99. I had the Greek salad, mushroom & black olive pizza and pop. The salad was great. It was full of tomato, black olive, pepperoncini and feta. The pizza was good. I really liked the sauce and it was loaded with mushrooms. I enjoyed lunch and would definitely go back again.

June 17, 2015 Wednesday at 1:15PM for lunch 3 Adults and 2 kids Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Out shopping and we ended up at Gordman’s. This place was nearby so we headed over. Atmosphere — Another walk your food down the line as they build it for you. Relatively new place and very clean. You can see the kitchen and it is spotless. Food Drinks — They give you a plastic cup and you can select your pop. I had a Coke from the pop machine. Food — I had the lunch special, $ 8.99. You get a six inch pizza, yeah pretty small, a salad, and a fountain drink. The salads came out rather quickly; I had the Caesar salad, pretty good size for a side salad. Nothing special but the lettuce was fresh, but no croutons. The dressing was in a cup so you can decide how much you want on your iceberg lettuce. The pizza comes with a choice of 3 toppings, even though the cheese is listened at a topping it does not count. I end up with just two toppings; pepperoni and the spice sausage. The pizza is tiny, actually one slice was bite size. The dough is hand tossed so it was not too thick and not too thin, which I really liked. Service — Clearly the trend in fast food restaurants, move down the line and they build your item. Here the cook asks you what type of sauce, cheese and toppings. They do have wheat dough and a gluten free dough. After the cook you move to person the puts your order in the computer, and then to the payment station which takes care of drinks and desserts. Future — I would love too.

Very good pizza and the service is wonderful! I had them cater a birthday party and they were very professional and called several times to make sure the order was perfect.

Very nice atmosphere. Well laid out design and super clean bathrooms. Gluten free and whole wheat crust choices is nice. One 9 inch pizza worked for my wife and I as we only wanted to eat a light lunch. Salads are fresh. Prices reasonable.

I had high hopes for this place. We visited when it had just opened… Needless to say that visit was a bit discouraging. I felt like I was at a subway. It was a mad house behind the counter. We witnessed two employees arguing with each other over who was the boss of who! Completely unprofessional. We will visit again because the pizza isn’t too bad. But we hope they’ve smoothed out all the problems when we do go.

High quality pizza, the same as gourmet pizzas I’ve had in my home state of California. I am sure you can believe me when I say that any sort of gourmet quality food is hard to come by in Minot ND. The crust is perfect & they have some interesting topping combos. But they work out. I can’t comment on the in-store atmosphere as mentioned here, but our take out order was perfect…
