Domino’s Pizza

Update– I was notified by someone at the store. He sent his apologies and recommended that I try ordering online in the future.

Okay. Time to up these business reviews.
Dominos in Minot has officially Wowed me. Tracker said Michael made my pizza– Michael, you are a pizza making god!
Fully loaded pizzas, perfect crust, and sauce amount and all delivered in 30 min!
I also got pizza here about a week before and was THOROUGHLY disappointed. It looks like someone had thrown ALL topping in the dead center of the pizza and they only spread about an inch from there so the crust was twice the size as usually just down toward the center! Horrible! And overlooked!
However! Tonight’s pizza has made me come back to be a diehard Domino’s fan! Thank you Michael for the amazing pizza and thank you to the delivery man-​same as before and super friendly everytime.
It may be hit or miss here with who is making the pizza, so Michael, please post your schedule so we can all enjoy YOUR pizza making over whoever else is giving this place 1 and 2 star review worthy pizzas.

I was always weary of ordering from Dominos in Minot because of the poor reviews, but they are so great (now at least). The wait time, from ordering online, was only 20 minutes! Which is a lot faster than Papa Johns and the pizza was perfect. Also the driver was very friendly. So, I highly recommend dominos now.

Having just arrived in town, we wanted something quick and easy to eat. We check the website, and it says they’re open until 1 am. Awesome! We decide we’ll just go over there and place an order, since we have a few people, and we need to make a few separate orders. We pull up. The front door says they’re open until 1 am. This is a good sign. It’s a little after 11 on a Saturday night. My buddy walks up to the door and pulls it — locked. There are people in the kitchen, they seem to be purposefully averting their gaze. We stand there a few more minutes. Finally, the blond kid that works there comes around the building from the side. «Yeah what’re you guys up to?»
«We’d like to order a couple pizzas.»
«Well, we’re closed.»
«The door and the website say you’re open until 1.»
«Yeah, we’ll, that doesn’t really apply, bro.»
He abruptly turns and walks away.
«Thanks. Good talk, bro.»
He quickly turns around and flys back over toward us, looking like he wants a fight. «What did you just say to me?»
We repeat. He gives us the universal sign for «pffft, whatever, bro,» and walks away.
Right. You close up an hour and a half early, and treat us like we’re the idiots for thinking you’d be open during your stated hours?
Pretty lame behavior. We’ll not be ordering from here. You shouldn’t either.

The pizza I received from this location was gross. And the person answering phones was RUDE! I’ve never had someone be so rude to me just to order a pizza. However, the only nice person (or only person answering with social skills) was the one making the pizza. They should’ve had the two of them switch roles. All on all, the pizza and service both sucked. But we did get our pizza fast. If you want good pizza go to the north end of broadway and get Papa john’s.
