Last night I went for dinner, Restaurant was pretty empty for 6:30 pm. Staff was friendly and warm. Pizza buffet was a standard collection of pizza, although looking a little worked over. Chicken was empty but filled quickly, but the chicken skin was much darker and seemed more greasy than normal. Salad bar had a few empties as well but was taken care of fairly quickly. Dessert bar was a mess, the pizza’s were a gloppy gooey unappetizing mess. Obviously you could see the raw dough and as guests tried to find good pieces it got worse. When someone finally attended to it, the point was lost and not worth waiting the 8 minutes let alone 1. No big deal though. I would eat there again but with limited expectations on food presentation and certainly a return view like this would end further visits.

Best fried chicken in Minot! like seriously. KFC ain’t got nothing on them. The lunch buffet there is really yummy as well. For the price of $ 10.99,you can have all the chicken, pizza, desserts, and trips to the salad bar as needed. The thin crust pizza is pretty tasty as well. This place really reminds me of «Shakey’s Pizza parlors» lunch buffet, minus the mojo potatoes. This may not be the healthiest food option around, but it’ll definitely leave you satisfied.

I called to have a pizza delivered to one of my elf in Minot. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and pleasant and helpful. I gave her specific instructions to do certain things for this delivery. She made sure it was done. The delivery drive did a wonderful job following the instructions. Taylor said the pizza was good but not as good as mine. Thanks for doing a great job.

This is an EXCELLENT pizza buffet restaurant. Clean, nicely furnished and friendly restaurant. Food choices are pizza, bbq /fried chicken, many salad bar items and several desserts including dessert pizzas. All of the food has really good presentation and good tasting. PLUS they’ll make and serve you any kind of pizza you want, what more do you need. I don’t understand some lower ratings, because this not is a five-star restaurant. So if you’re expecting that, I can see one being let down. This is a pizza buffet restaurant and an excellent one at that!

Great food at a great price. It’s a pizza buffet they pretty much have every kind of pizza known to man. If they don’t have what you fancy you can ask up front and they will make what you fancy dontcha know. At no extra cost youbetcha. It’s redonkulous. Look at my eyes, roll em! Great food

Went today(ticket # 107) at 1:57pm, order taken by Olivia. Ordered a pizza and came back to my hotel with someone else’s pizza. Guess I’m dumb for not opening the box to check but didn’t think it was that complicated! It is my birthday today and this was supposed to be my dinner while travelling alone from out of state!

It amazes me this place is named after pizza when that isn’t even the best thing they serve. The pizza is marginal at best, even if you have them make which ever kind you want(which they will). The chicken is amazing. There isn’t much more to say about it except its cooked perfectly, loaded with flavor and juice. The chicken pulls off the bone so easy and has always been hot. The beans were wonderful too. You could totally taste the bacon they added and a hint of onion. Another secret to something great here other than the pizza… the coffee. Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a cup to go before you leave next time, you’ll be glad you did.

Grew up going to Pizza Ranch as a kid in Michigan. And this one is even better! Many choices of pizza to choose from. Also delicious fried chicken. And they have one buffet bar dedicated to just their dessert pizzas!

Pro: they will make literally any kind of pizza you want and bring it out to your table before putting it on the buffet Con: it’s pretty average pizza. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. The rest? there isn’t much else. For a buffet your options are fairly limited, it’s either pizza or fried chicken with mashed potatoes and one or two other things(usually a vegetable and some other form of chicken and potatoes like chicken nuggets and french fries). The only thing that seems to change on the non-pizza section of the buffet is what variant of chicken and potato is available from day to day(it could be wings and tater tots one day or chicken fingers and waffle fries the next) The fried chicken is usually good(if you are there when it’s busy enough to be brought out fresh), though it runs a bit on the bland side. I find myself dosing the mash potatoes with pepper and than eating it together with the chicken. The salad bar is typically kept fresh though it is pretty small and generic. The soups are rarely any good(the chili soup is particularly blah) The desert pizza’s are fairly interesting, they typically have a few fruits to choose from and I do particularly enjoy the blueberry. We tend to come here occasionally when my girlfriend needs a quick pizza fix, it’s in a convenient location and it’s fairly cheap and for whatever reason she really likes the pizza(compared to me being fairly ambivalent towards it). I’ll graze a slice or two than a chicken leg and a salad before settling into desert pizza with some ice cream while she’s still trying every pizza on the buffet and than asking for something else that they have to make fresh. Strangely enough they somehow manage to have one of the best soft serve ice cream machines I’ve ever experienced(though they only have on flavor, vanilla). I’d be tempted to come here just for the ice cream(though I don’t know if they have that as an option, somehow I doubt it). Ambiance wise, it’s a family place(often with lots of kids), so it can be noisy and the ever present country music is sometimes turned up a bit too loud. But the staff is friendly and they do seem to keep the place clean; and most importantly(for a buffet anyway), they do seem to keep the food rotated and fresh. Overall if you find yourself in the area(it is right near the Walmart and if you live in or near Minot… well, you end up near Walmart more often than you probably want to…) than it’s not a terrible option for the price. There are better choices, but they will cost more and most of your options in the same price range or less are worse in food quality. Note: This is one of those places that makes me wish Unilocal had a more granular level of star ratings. What I mean is if we could rate on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d probably give it a 6 or 7(which in a 1 out of 5 star should translate to about a 3.5), but we can’t rate in half stars and we can’t rate on a scale of 1 to 10. So that leaves me with either giving it a 3 or a 4. I can’t quite justify giving it a 4, though it probably does deserve more than the 3 rating that I’m stuck with due to Unilocal limitations.

So, I saw this around and was slightly intimidated by it because I heard so many people talk about it. I just couldn’t believe how many options of pizza they actually had. What I really like about it is if there is a pizza you want that they don’t have, they will make it and bring it out to you. Additionally, they offer chicken and potatoes or salad. Don’t forget about the ice cream. I mean, it was so yummy. May try it again, we will see.

Love the Pizza Ranch! Amazing Fried Chicken, Good Pizza and a decent priced Buffet. A good find in Minot! The Tuscan Roma Pizza is very good and the ice cream is fantastic! Staff is always super friendly.
