Delicious food and relaxed atmosphere but the place is so small for the amount of people that come in. Wish they made the seating area bigger.

Didn’t impress me at all the store was nasty long line employees staying are talking and laughing instead of taking order waited in line for 25 mins for one cup of coffee never will I go there again I’ll make my own coffee at home

I love Tim Hortons! I recognize like others have that being new and know how to run a business is important (i.e. Make it easier for people to get in and get out, make it right when someone screws up an order). The taste of the coffee and the items in their menu is superb… The marvelous Timbits (not Timbites, like I heard from the guy in front of me this morning)… I enjoyed Tim Hortons for more than 20 years and have many memories of late studying there back in the day when the music was not blaring all the time. Give Tim Hortons a chance and they will grow in the community.

Absolutely terrible experience. I really wanted to love it. It was chaotic and the employees seemed annoyed but through it all I was pleasant because I know what it was like to work in the food industry. Long story short I ordered food and donuts to go. It took about 30 min to get my two sandwiches and then they made me wait around another 20 min for 4 donuts. I got home excited to eat after the long wait only to find they didn’t even bother cooking my panini!!!

I get it… It’s a new place, full of new employees, but my first experience was questionable, and this, my second time going, was awful! We waited in quite a long line to place an order, and ordered two coffee drinks (basically their frappacino knockoff). I know that I ordered the right thing, because there’s a picture of it on the menu board. I told the guy I wanted both to be mocha flavored. We wait a while, and a kid brings up two coffee drinks. They are iced mochas (not blended). I go back up to the counter to see if we can get them remade, and I’m repeatedly told «no, bro, that’s what you ordered.» I pointed to the picture and told him it clearly wasn’t, but he told me «since it’s mocha, that’s what you get.» I respectfully disagreed, again pointing out the PHOTO of the thing I wanted on the menu board, and was AGAIN met with «no, you got what you ordered.» No offer was made to fix it.
Bottom line? Stay away from Tim Horton’s in Minot!

Came in at 1230 on a saturday. The place had about a ten person line. My girlfriend and I ordered two drinks which we had in 5 minutes. I ordered a sandwich as well. The reason I’m giving it one star despite how dirty and untrained the staff are is because it has now taken them over 60 minutes to make my one sandwich. By the time you read this I may or may not have said sandwich.

Finally, a Timmy’s in Minot! It just opened and the sign isn’t even up on the building yet, but the coffee and donuts I picked up this morning were excellent!
