I decided to give Chipotle a second chance after the e coli outbreak. First off, they were so stingy with the rice and meat. I asked for double meat. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with double meat. The meat was nothing but big chunks of fat. It was disgusting. I ended up just throwing it out. I also, ordered chips and guacamole. The guacamole looked watery not chunky at all. The chips were stale as if they were sitting there all day. Absolutely horrible experience. I use to enjoy Chipotle but it seems the quality of food has gone to shits! I will not be going back. They have lost a loyal customer for good.

Poor customer service! You a lot of teeny boppers that think they know customer service, and they have habit of disrespecting their elders. A girl told me not to put my hand over the glass very rudely. Her hair was mostly out if her hair net, and she had the nerve to tell me no to put my hand over the glass. Put a sign up then or train your people how to respect people.

First off let me start off by saying I LOVE chipotle up until this . I ate there Saturday(today is Monday night) I am just now able to get out of bed! I haven’t slept in 2 days and I had severe stomach cramping and fatigue. When I laid down I felt like my stomach was being ripped out of me. Whatever Was in my bowl made me sick as hell. I had white rice, black beans, corn, very little chicken, medium salsa, guacamole and lettuce. That’s all I had eaten all day except for a bagel that morning. Please don’t eat here. Something is going on. I would hate for anyone to feel the pain I felt! I also wanted to Mention there were like 8 employees working and most were doing nothing! Chipotle must be loaded to pay people to do nothing.

So, it’s Chipotle food. It’s pretty much the same no matter which Chipotle you go to, no surprise there. My issue is with the staff. They are all pretty young and super unprofessional. Now, I’m not some grumpy old person hating on young whipper-snappers, I’m 26. But there is a way to behave at work, and these employees don’t really seem to get it. They bad mouth customers that annoy them to OTHERCUSTOMERS. Like me. Awkward. Or they just straight up ignore you at the register so they can gossip about their coworkers. Seriously, who’s supervising? Train the employees better and teach them how to behave at work!

FYI– Quesaritos are now $ 3.50 extra. Sucks, but I kind of understand as a former employee. They’re a PITA. They hold up the line and your hand get burned as you open up the quesadilla. Employees are nice. For some of the negative reviews… Let me give you a little insight«behind the scenes». *It is very hard to hear you behind the glass. Please speak up. *The portion size is 4 oz of meat. That’s one scoop that’s not heaping. Plenty for a serving of one. If you ask nicely, they will give you a little more. If you want a lot more, it’s double.

This place is stingy with their portions. I’ve tried this location multiple times but they still put very small portions. I got a bowl the last time I went and barely got any meat on it. When I asked for a little more, the girl barely put anything else! Don’t really care for this location.

Terrible. Worse Chipotle I’ve ever been to. At most, a couple tablespoons of meat in my rice bowl and the meat was cold. I told them of my dissatisfaction and they did nothing to correct the problem. I will not be back to this location.

They are going to kill someone with all the freaking salt! The last couple of times I have been here the food has been super salty. Even the guacamole was salty! I called and complained because I took the guacamole and smeared it all over my food, but it was so salty I could not eat it. They offered to replace it, but the next day my daughter went and had the same issue with the food being to salty. I don’t want a replacement with the same problem!

This Chipotle is absolutely a disaster for this corporation. Rear food preparation area was disgusting and covered in old prep’d rice. Small seating area was dirty and at least one of the doing nothing extra employees could have been cleaning the dining area. Mens restroom toilet was nonfunctional. Sink was clogged and backed up. Womens restroom had 1 of 2 toilets nonfunctional. Fountain drink station was filthy and had soda and water covering the counter. Outdoor seating area was dirty. The trashcan was overflowing with food waste. Napkins and dirty utensils littered the entire area. My family has enjoyed every other Chipotle. We will never return to Eastvale Chipotle. I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes to go to the Norco Chipotle. Too bad I can’t give Eastvale Chipotle zero stars. this place is nasty!

Came here right at opening was actually one of the first customers of the day… We’ve been here a ton of times living in the community… this particular day my daughter and I were eating in the dining area… and as I was eating I looked down and seen a giant roach crawling under the register on the floor and right into the kitchen… I was beyond grossed out! If they are crawling around during the day in plain sight they obviously have a problem… I vouched to never come back! I let my babies eat here!!! Gross.

Service is great! Yet I probably will NOT come back to this location and it was my first time visiting. There was a man when I walked with change spread out like he didn’t have enough for a meal. In the 1st8 minutes I was in line, I watched various patrons give him approximately $ 8 in bills and hand fills of coins. He put all bills away & only added a few coins to his collection. I asked an employee about him & she said he is here everyday all day, people give him money & buy him meals. Collecting a free meal & a few dollars to me would be fine but not all day & everyday. I feel this is a hustle & should not be aloud whether he is Autistic or not. This is why I will not return as I almost contributed. I have family members who also are Autistic and I would not approve of this behavior with them either. Just one persons opinion

Slow slow SLOW service. Everyone works at the pace of a snail. They need to have more workers especially during the dinner rush, it took me over 20 mins to get my takeout of 2 burrito bowls. Prices are stupid high and the night I was there they ran out of GUAC. What in the world? Mind you it was only 7:45pm. I was only here because I received a BOGO in the mail… I would ABSOLUTLEY not pay full price for food and service that is average, at best.

I’ve been to many chipotle locations, and this one is a huge RIPOFF! The girl barely put like half a scoop of meat and when I told her that was ridiculous, she said that’s how much is included. Really!!! 10 little squares of meat for $ 10? I can’t believe it! $ 10 for z cheese sour cream and guacamole burrito!!! This is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to and I recommend you drive to chino or a different location if you want chipotle that bad.

Taking a break from driving, my wife and I exited FWY15 and pulled into a very busy shopping center with this Chipotle restaurant. It was a very hot day, and although there is a nice patio serving this restaurant, people were sitting inside. We ordered a chicken salad, a large cheese quesadilla, and a beer. The chicken salad was good, and the quesadilla was, well, cheese and a flour tortilla, pretty hard to make exceptional. It was good. Not happy about getting dinged $ 1.95 for a small portion of guacamole, though. Also unhappy about the layout of this place. There are stools facing the patio along a long counter, which was the only place open, and we sat along that counter. Unfortunately, although there was no line when we ordered, a long line formed while we ate. I mean, right behind us, nothing separating the diners from the standees in line. Very poor layout. Like most people, I don’t like strangers standing behind me looking down at me while I eat. Aside from the goofy layout, and the hidden charge for guacamole, this place was A-OK, but just barely.

The chipotle here is the worst. The food is great but service is a joke. The girls laugh and talk amongst themselves and ignore the customers. It does not take two people to take care of the cashier. We wanted some fajitas but they were still cooking it so we were pushed to pay first. They said they would put the fajitas on the side. We went to go get seated and still waiting for the fajitas. 10 minutes past by and I had to get up to walk to the cashier and asked for fajitas again. She gave me a dirty look and yelled, «fajitas on the side!» We finally got our fajitas but nevertheless they need to learn to cook their food on time.

This has got to be one of the worst Chipotle we’ve ever gone to! The guy at the register was very nice but the girls making the food were rude and their serving portions was the worst we’ve ever gotten. My husband asked for double meat and the second scoop was smaller than the fist. We asked for our salsa and beans on the side and you’d think we had asked for the world’s biggest request! If looks could kill. We love Chipotle but we won’t be returning to this one!

I particularly only like this Chipotle because it’s the closest one to home and I was ecstatic when I discovered they were opening one in the shopping center. When it first opened, the prices were relatively cheap and the portions were good. As time went by, the prices went up but the portion sizes started to slowly decrease. Now, the food is still amazing, fresh, and delicious but the stinginess with the portions is bothersome. I also don’t want to be that girl that’s like«uh… can you maybe add a little more chicken please…», so I usually don’t say anything. The layout of this Chipotle is sorta weird and there’s not a lot of seating inside and there’s also an outdoor patio with seating but there’s not many tables. The employees are friendly and all, but the light hand they use to serve up my chicken is lacking in that area :(

A fairly nicely maintained establishment that has good quality workers and service. The friendliness and pace of the workers were exemplary, and especially satisfying for my patience as there was a long line on a Sunday evening. I took one star off as for the design of the restaurant, there is a massive counter table at the middle of the line area where no one would want to sit as they would be stared over by hungry line waiters. Overall it’s your average Chipotle with some kinks to work out although they’ve been open for numerous years.
