Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Food was prepared quickly and my special order of no cheese was correct on my entire order. The Dos Locos tacos are really tasty, and good quality for a fast food place.

I normally love Taco Bell. One of my favorite fast foods. I checked Google and the Taco Bell website and it says my location is open until 1am but I tried to go earlier this week at 12:15 and they blocked off their drive thru with cones so I drove to the front door to see if anyone was in there and I saw the workers chilling behind the counter. One got up as soon as she saw me but I figured even if they were open I don’t want these people that appear to be slacking make my food. Hope this issue doesn’t happen again or Taco Bell should at least update their times of operation.

Order two mini cheese quesadillas for our toddlers. Ask for them to be cut twice so it ends up in 3 pieces for our toddlers. Lady making them says in Spanish to the lady taking our order, we don’t cut them they can cut it up themselves. Little does she know we speak Spanish. Crapppppy customer service ! We will not be coming back to this location !

Lady that took my order was extremely busy as usual. Didn’t give me the total, seemed as if they were understaffed. Drive up to the window with a second lady that didn’t take my order, however took my money for my food that I ordered. Second one was very rude. Gave me dirty looks and quick snappy comments back with something as simple as me asking for salsa. As I’m driving away I hear her say a rude comment about me as she giggles as I’m leaving the window. I’m so offended because I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week after work. Today 4−20−16 at 10:00 may be the last time I come to this Taco Bell location. I ordered a chicken smothered burrito which was good, but service was horrible.

My son loves Taco Bell so I’m in the drive-through several times a month. My order is always correct and the staff has always been friendly. I like the fact that your food is made to order. I haven’t been inside this restaurant, but the parking lot and drive-through are always clean. Keep up the good work.

Ordered the new quesalupa the shell was hard and the cheese wasn’t stringy, I had one at different taco bell and that one was so good. I was very disappointed expecting the same thing I got at the other taco bell. Other time I went there the shell were all broken and barely any meat, I won’t be going back.

Went to this talk about today’s ago ordered two crunch wrap sliders came back the next day they do not sell the crunch wrap sliders anymore. Then I asked for a starburst freezing there freezing machine doesn’t work. So then I proceed to order Boss nachos apparently they don’t sell those either anymore, so then I asked for a Dr Pepper apparently they are all out of Dr Pepper what does this Taco Bell have besides tacos This place is a big fail

I decided to use the mobile app and was syked the first time I used it… unfortunately can’t say the same this time. I ordered and left my house 5 minutes after pressed the«pick up» button, waited in my car for twn minutes then decided that it must be done. It wasn’t. They hadn’t even started my order! Taco bell is my absolute favorite for late night cravings. There line can be intense at times and take no joke forever. I chalk it up as big orders in front of me. I am probably addicted to their fire sauce and LOVE it! Once the drive thru girl told me I get one packet of sauce per food item. I flat out told her that I would pull around and walk inside and fill up my bag and pockets full of fire sauce. We had a stare off but she knew I was serious and then gave me all the sauce I wanted.

I just got home and realized that they forgot to give me 4 tacos. I should have checked everything before I left, but I didn’t realize how much they mess this up until I read all the reviews. Make sure you check your items! Also, they are really messy with wrapping the food. There was some meat and cheese everywhere inside the bag. Customer service is lacking also. I understand it is a fast food restaurant, but the guy at the drive through was pretty rude.

Food Quality: Best cheese quesadilla I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell! Their beefy 5 layer burrito was sub par due to the quality of meat(I recognize that it’s Taco Bell but still, I’ve had much better ground meat than that). Drive Thru /Personnel: The drive thru was very efficient and quick, and my order was exact. The staff were super nice and sociable. 3⁄5 stars: lost 2 stars because of the sub par quality of ground meat.

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Both in the drive thru and inside. I realize I’m not at a fancy restaurant but the employees here are beyond rude and mess up my order EVERYTIME. Usually because they are visibly socializing. Maybe If you girls would stop talking about your boyfriend you could actually listen to the customer! When I tried to tell them they forgot my drink I got a loud sigh complete with an eye roll. Another time, I get to the office to realize they put NO sauce on an order that I asked for EXTRA sauce. I have worked the fast food industry, yes it sucks but don’t be a bitch to your customers! The only reason I’ve gone back is that it is close to work, never again. They can keep their snobby attitudes. Ladies you do not work at the Ritz!

First of all people go to drive thru because they don’t want to go inside for some personal reason so don’t blame the customers for these people impotence. The management should do something about this or even corporate. They know that they complaints are from drive thru then train them better. It’s really annoying when you just want to be in an out when you get home you don’t get what you want. Just listen carefully and repeat orders it’s really not that difficult. Luckily there’s another Taco Bell(a little further away) near target on hamner that’s where we will going to from now on.

The food is just a messy wrapped up ball of bland food. They skimp you on everything. They are suppose to have full tacos and they dont. My burritos fall apart every time. I refuse to go to this one and the cashiers dont look happy so food and service is horrible. If the people aren’t happy, then that is how you get crappy food because they just dont care

Very unprofessional at this location. I’ve never dealt with such a place which lacks customer service. I’ve come here plenty of times(because I live close by) and thought the first time I had problems here was due to a bad day the employee was having, but yet I come here and get treated with no respect as a guest buying mediocre food. Or the girl with«Bella» tattooed on her hand you need to get properly trained again or at least be an employee who doesn’t need to be in front of customers with your shit attitude and lack of customer service skills.

Waited in a super long drive thru line ordered a tostada fresco style which usually is no cheese sub pico. I get home there is no lettuce. How do you not but lettuce on a tostada? Isn’t that kinda the point. I just threw them away I am too tired to drive back for their mess up. Why ask is everything is correct in the screen if they are going to mess it up.

Just came through and yes, the reviews are all accurate. Slow as hell but there wasn’t a line so I’m kind of confused as to why it took so damn long. I’m patient, I really am but when we pulled up, the girl at the cashier made my experience here pretty crappy hence the harsh review. We ordered a diet soda and when we asked which one was diet, she literally rolled her eyes in front of us and told us it wasn’t diet and then fixed the drink. Listen, if you hate your job and can’t provide decent costumer service then maybe you shouldn’t be there. I cannot stand bluntly rude workers. It’s fast food, how hard could it be for you to be decent for a few seconds while handling our food? I would rather take my business elsewhere. Taco Bell always has me running to the restroom anyway and now its workers gave me the final strike not to come here again. Whoever manages this, work on your employees. Not only are they slower than molasses, but they are RUDE! I wish there was a 0 star option!
