Worst McDonald’s ever going to reason I go is because it’s the only one in a 10 mile radius. My large fries always look like small fries, their ice cream machine is never working, staff is rude place is very messy could use a touch of TLC.

Fries here are terrible. No matter how fresh they’ve been cooked, the fries taste like they’re a day old and double dipped in grease so that they appear fresh. Once you taste them you’ll see that they’re terrible. And Mc. Donald’s fries usually taste alright to me. Staff seems a little inexperienced but what the hell, it’s Mc. Donald’s…I will give this location one more chance before I quit them altogether. Anyone notice how Mc. Donalds food seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper? I noticed they have a 2 items for 2 dollars now and the gentlemen ordering it ahead of me didn’t have all the money to buy it. And the cashier told him don’t worry about it. It’s as if they are just giving this mystery meat away nowadays.

Been here on a few occassions for some sweet tea. Very slow service every time and morning shift is sometimes pretty rude when asking for anything…

I have never seen a worst run/​managed mcdonalds ever before. Only reason i go is because it is close to the house. Service is always poor. Long lines, slow service, dirty bathrooms, always an issue there — today credit card machines down and in stead of having a sign they make you wait in that long ass line before they tell you. They need to fire everyone and start over.

This location has rude employees. Plus they are always having issues and only accept cash and make you wait for cold food. Why?

This is absolutely the slowest drive thru ever. 11 minutes today from pulling up to pulling out. Eating in you wait so long that once we were about to ask for our money back when the food finally appeared. That same visit the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than their customers. This location definitely needs help.

Order was all wrong.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s at least 20 times and this will be my last email check in or stop here. The crew is extremely lazy, they consistently get my order wrong, the floor and bathrooms are NEVER clean and the people working the registers never seem to know how to properly service an order, it’s as if they are turning over the staff weekly and training all the time. Mc’ds get it together.

Horrible. Wanted something quick. I dont come here much, and I wont be back for a while. I am litterly trapped in the drive thru. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and there are still 4 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 things. Ridiculous.

Worst. McDonald’s. Ever.
Granted, I always feel a little awful leaving a review of a fast food restaurant because it isn’t exactly gourmet food.
But when I’m sitting in the drive thru and have to repeat my order four times and then move half an inch every five minutes only to finally be told to park somewhere and my breakfast will be brought out is a little much but okay, I understood.
I parked and waited. Then waited some more. Then watched as a guy drove past me munching on his hash brown. A hash brown that COULD have been mine but no, alas it was not. When I marched in to inquire about said breakfast, I got confused stares and a cashier who plucked the receipt from my hand and then made me wait more.
No apologies, just a simple shrug, like ‘meh.‘
Just like this McDonald’s service.

All I wanted was one McFlurry okay that’s all I wanted, they say they’re cleaning the ice cream machine. I come back next week and the ice cream machine is broken. I come back next week… it’s still dirty or broken I don’t know I stopped caring about their excuses. I come back today and all I want is one McFlurry AND I STILL CAN’T GET ONE. Suppose ice cream machines are some rare high-​tech devices they need to helicopter in a professional to fix? Like maybe there’s one person in all of America who can fix a god forsaken McDonalds ice cream machine and they have to wait for him to show up. This wouldn’t be so bad but I have to waste my life sitting in the drive thru for a long time for no reason, can’t you put a sign before you enter that says «you’re never getting a McFlurry here ever again so don’t try»?

Every time I’ve come here, the drive thru takes WAY longer then it should. They also don’t always fill up the fries. I wish there was another McDonald’s close by cuz this one sucks.

I’ve been to this location several times and can personally attest to the service being spotty at best. Your orders will sometimes be wrong so you should check it before you get too far away, and when they do get your order right it may be too good to be true. We ordered 50 nuggets one time and when we sat down to eat them LITERALLY all 50 were cold.
The drive thru line is usually slow and especially slow after midnight, but that can be attributed to the smaller staff during the later hours. However, the staff seems unmotivated a lot of the time and inattentive because you usually have to repeat yourself.
They have screens inside for the kids to play with while parents are eating or the order is being filled which is really convenient. If you have kids you know why.
Also, I made a comment about them having mozzarella sticks. They weren’t good so don’t order them. I think it’s more of a McDonald’s shouldn’t be serving mozzarella sticks because they won’t turn out properly than anything having to do with this location in particular.

Poor management. Didnt put in my order for 20 minutes. They only put it in because I went up to them and asked where my food was

This place needs less than one star! Always so slow. They have this stupid double drive thru they can’t figure out how to work. Everyone’s always getting in fights on who’s first. The food is what you would expect. I’ve only came here once and not left pissed.

If I could only give 0 stars! Last time I visited I saw employees leaning against the wall doing nothing while the soda dispenser was empty, the ketchup dispensing area was disgusting and the trash hadn’t been emptied in hours. Tables weren’t wiped, and we had to clean our tables with napkins. The burgers were getting cold on the tray while the fries were still frying. When the order finally was complete it was decent. If you like cold burgers and super well done fries that is. After I left the restaurant I wanted a change of clothes and a shower. I do not think I will return here.

If I cold give this location ZERO stars, I would!!! I cannot believe how SLOW their drive-​thru service is! I have been waiting on the drive-​thru line since 8:39pm. It is not 8:55pm and I haven’t even made it to the window to pay yet!!! I cannot believe that this type of service is even allowed. From the other reviews I’ve read it seems that speed is a major problem for them! And clearly they don’t care, because the problem is still continuing! Will never return to this McDonalds again!

They don’t even deserve one star!!! I seriously can’t stand this place. The manager should just give up on running this place because even the staff is a dump. Tired of never getting anything correct! Dumb McDonald’s

15 min in drivethru. Employees on they’re phones while I sat at the window just to finally get hot food… Yeah right. Fries are hot old fries. Like they re-​fried old fries. I can’t deal with this anymore. Don’t waste your time here

Wednesday, 12:30 am, go through the drive thru, order a meal with 2 cheeseburgers and an apple pie, the drink was the only good thing about this meal, the burger had ketchup all over it on the outside when I opened it, the fries looked like they came from the sewer in the ninja turtles movie and the apple pie looked like a skin disease that you would find on the bottom of a corpses foot after the maggots start eating away at the body, seriously who ever manages this location should get reported and fired. I’m only giving one star because it required me in order to post this

I ate in the dining area for lunch. The food was ok for McDonald’s. I had a Quarter Pounder meail (#3). The hamburger was sloppily thrown together and the fries has a weird taste. I guess that is the way McDonald’s fries taste. In the past, I remember going to other McDonald’s and the fries tasted better.
When I went to the soda machines to get my tea, I noticed a full trash can and a ketchup spill, see my picture (
). Gross!!! I can understand if someone just spilled their ketchup, but the trash was overfilling. Therefore things must have been this way for a long time. The other trash bins were also full. I sat at my seat and ate my meal for about 30 minutes and no one bothered to clean up the mess at the soda machines or the trash.
