My first review… Normally wouldn’t bother, but I got the worst service here… I think most workers were new or trainees… that being said, check your orders before you leave… Asked for«ranch dressing on the side» for my wife’s wrap and got a drenched turkey wrap with Honey Mustard when I got home… called to complain and got nothing but BS excuses from manager… NEVER even said they were sorry… WOW

I have been a Jersey mikes faithful for quite some time now usually in the southbay area of Los Angeles. During my visit to Eastvale(literally as I’m typing this) I decided to stop by and have a turkey and provolone sandwich. Though it’s a «Cold» sandwich I usually ask that the turkey with the provolone be thrown on the grill for a bit, which is usually never a problem. I always get this sandwich and always turn it into a «hot» sandwich, but during my Eastvale visit upon my request I was told in a rude and non friendly manner that«cold subs are supposed to be cold and cannot be thrown on the grill». I again asked and tried to clarify that all I wanted was the turkey and cheese thrown on there for a little, and again was told as if throwing turkey on a grill is illegal by the grill security that it will not and cannot happen. I then started to begin a customer complaint and go through the chain of command process but then was convinced by my wife to leave it alone. I say«grill security» because the manner and tone of the response of the young lady was as if my request was illegal and stupid and cold needs to be cold and hot needs to be hot, and that if I wanted hot I needed to choose on the right side of the board. A small request by a CUSTOMER, who is a regular shouldn’t be too much of an issue but today it sure was, and oh not to mentioned the young lady was the manager. Ending result I was not satisfied with the sandwich of course, and did not enjoy my visit to this jersey mikes. I guess you can really say I got it «Mikes way». 1 star for the events that took place.

The food at Jersey Mikes is great, but at this location the customer service is seriously lacking. The girls that were working here were not only rude but they ignored us for a good few minutes without a greeting. These kids need to go back to manners101.

I thought I’d give this location another chance after experiencing the sheer incompetence of its employees the last time I was here. The verdict: Even worse than last time. I walked in and the girl working the am shift went to the back and hide as I came in. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing-just ran to the back and didn’t come out. She left a half made sub on the counter so maybe she was irritated I interrupted her making breakfast, as there were no customers in at the time. Moving on to Subway. If you do prefer Jersey Mikes, skip this location and go to the one off McKinley in Corona instead. The Eastvale location is laughable.

They were extremely patient with us, it was our first time there and it is very different from Subway. Subway is just gross compared to this place, I don’t think I could go back. Everything tasted great and they even shave the meat and cheese for every order. It’s very easy to order, I prefer a small menu otherwise I’m overwhelmed. I did not notice a fly problem whatsoever, and this place was EXTREMELY clean.

This week my company a training session for some of our employees from the Western US, Canada, and Mexico. For two of the days I ordered some boxes for Tuesday and Thursday from the Limonite Jersey Mikes. The food both days was very well received by all who ate. I was greeted when I came in with a smile and kind words. The staff was very professional and helpful. I knew I wanted lunch for 25 but had no clue what or how much to get. They made suggestions and placed my order(and by the way it was the perfect amount, everyone was full and there were a few pieces leftover). Well done Jersey Mikes Eastvale.

I would have to say that although I have had a few errors when I’ve gone to get my sandwiches. But overall for being the news sandwiche place in town Not bad. My first experience was at the Jersey Mike’s in Norco. I didn’t get my bacon. And the second time didn’t get my banana peppers. And the third tme at the MIRALOMA location. A supervisor had to step in to answer one of her ASSOCIATES question that I had. Overall I would go again. Hope the supervisor is there to answer any questions I have. I’d rather have the supervisor make my sandwiche.

This is the perfect place to order lunch for the group of people. Sometimes we have meeting at the office we call ahead the day before and order a box sandwich combo, which you can choose a few different sandwiches and chips on the side. We like the turkey and tuna sandwiches. The staff is fast and friendly, if you ask for a side of pickles or onions, they are very generous and give a big box on the side :)

Good sandwiches of course but the male staff members are rude as shit and make you feel uncomfortable. Also, this location has massive flys in here. It’s gross and I have to say, I’ll go to the one down the street for now on.

This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike’s, and it will be the last. I ordered the club supreme. The bread was stale, the roast beef was sour tasting. The turkey tasted ok. The bacon was a miss and didnt do anything for the sandwich. The whole presentation of «toppings» looked pretty sad and dead like the place and staff. The lettuce was brownish and limp and the tomatoes were whithering. My husband got a philly cheese steak sandwich. He said it was alright. The sandwiches are way overpriced for what you get. Dont waste your money here!

Went to see Mad Max today and we decided to grab a sandwich to bring home. Jersey Mikes was close by and since we had never been here before, we decided to give it a try. Not impressed! Cost is way more than Subways. We ordered the turkey and provolone. Bread was stale even though they said they cook it fresh. We had one choice gal told us. oil and vinegar. She put on way too much! Sandwich lacked flavor!!! Sorry, well stick with Subways. There sandwiches are always good. Won’t be back

I will never eat here again! Every time I’ve ever come to this location, the staff has always lacked good customer service, I normally just excuse it since they are all so young but yesterday I was livid! There were several people in line and the girl cutting the bread and meat was trying to take everyone’s orders at once before she even started. They do this all the time then forget what the orders are. There were about 5 people in front of me– she yelled back at me to ask what my order was. I wasn’t about to shout out my order over all those people so I told her I wasn’t ready yet. When I got up to her and placed my order, she pulled out an order ticket and wrote my order down. She asked me what my name is. I told her«Loveon.» She stopped looked me weird and said again«What is it?» Loveon– she rolled her eyes and said I’ll just put an «L» on it. and handed it to someone behind her. I thought that person was making my sandwiches(she did in fact make one of them) so I moved down the line. The guy was busy away adding the veggies and didn’t acknowledge me until he pulled a tuna sandwich and asked what I wanted on it. I told him it wasn’t mine. He had thought my #13 was the guys in front of me. He asked me if I wanted it Mike’s Way since that’s how he made the sandwich. I told him I didn’t want onions on it. He looked to the girl who was cutting bread and she told him — just pick the onions off. I told her no I don’t want the onions just picked off. She asked me what the difference was. I told her my fiancé is allergic to onions. She took a deep breath and told him to just wrap it and remake mine. They still got my second sandwich wrong– I ordered the Chicken Cheese Steak with no onions. It was loaded with onions! I got up to the cashier, she started ringing me up and asked me if I wanted the combos or just the sandwiches. I told her combos and grabbed two bags of chips. After I paid I asked for the drink cups. She said I didn’t charge you for the drinks– you said you only wanted the chips. I told her I specifically said the combos because we wanted the drinks. She rang me up for 2 drinks that came out to almost $ 5. I asked her if the price would have been different had she charged me for the combos. She smirked and hummed mmmmhhhmmmm. She said«Look, I’ll only charge you for one drink but I KNOW you said only the chips.» If these kids can’t handle working at Jersey Mikes, I have no idea how they are going to deal with an adult job. *Sigh*

The sandwich I had was delicious. It tasted very fresh and I did enjoy that. I liked how they cut the cheese and meat right in front of you. However, it being my first time at Jersey Mike’s I was unaware of how limited the choices are. I wanted mustard! The blend that they put together did give it a good taste but I just felt like there needed to be more variety. The prices are pretty expensive for a sub as well.

My Sub Club was excellent at this location as usual(the same thing I get at the Norco location)…However, like many of the other UnilocalERS have mentioned, customer service is really lacking at this place. If these employees worked for me, they would have been fired long ago! I came in and waited at the counter and no one was there. Then I yelled«customer waiting» and STILL no one came to take my order… despite the fact that I could see 3 people chatting with each other in the back. Finally one of the workers ref-filling the chips display had to go back and yell at 2 of them to get their act together and PAYATTENTION to customers… Then, while eating my sub, I decided to get some chips to go with it. Once AGAIN I was standing at the counter and there was NO one paying attention. I yelled to the back area where the workers were once again having a yapping fest and could care less about good customer service. No one ever came, so I just took my chips and left my money on the counter. IF I was a dishonest person, I could have easily walked out with 20 bags of chips and no one would have even known(or cared?). When I finally left there was no departure greeting and NO change from my purchase of the chips. I wonder if they even noticed the money on the counter that also could have been easily stolen by another waiting customer… I had also purchased 3 cookies and ALL were stale and hard with no chewiness left at all. Dump these puppies after a few hours and bake some new and fresh ones like they do almost every hour at Mrs. Fields… or even the lowly McDonalds. This place needs a manager who knows how to whip this crew into shape and tell them that without great customer service and Goodwill, this place will slog along in mediocrity like it is now doing with its so-so Unilocal reviews and rating. This would NEVER be allowed to happen at the Norco location, which is where I go 90% of the time.

First time eating here. We split the giant between 2 adults and two littles aged 4&6. It was perfect. The manager special was such a good deal that I’m sure we’ll be back again. They have a lot of options to choose from so there’s something for everyone. We went around 1 on a Sunday and it was pretty packed for mostly To-go orders. I’m lot Evernote sure what sandwich my husband ordered as I went outside to grab a table, but we had turkey bacon and Swiss cheese. The bacon was so crispy just like it should be. I keep having to remind myself about the fly problem down here. I need to keep a small citronella candle and a lighter in my purse to fully enjoy my meals outside in the good weather. ;-)

Subway who? Why on earth would people ever go to subway over this place? I know that they are more pricy but you get what you pay for you. The big deal is good portions, great ingredients and obvious awesomeness in an excellent product. I ordered the California Club piled high with fresh cut deli turkey and provolone, tomato, lettuce, bacon, avocado spread(YUM) all piled deliciously up on a fresh wheat bun. The regular size cut in half was enough for me to eat in one sitting, I had to save the rest for later. Boyfriend ate Original Italian with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. He loved how thick his sandwich looked with all the meat, instead of only veggies to make it look bigger. The selection doesn’t seem to be as grand as a standard subway(no olives, etc) however I am still impressed with the quality and time they are able to pump out sandwiches considering they have to hand slice all the meat each time. The option is out there to have each sandwich«Mike’s Way»(with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices) but I didn’t go that route as my sandwich was tasty as is. The small shop is clean and employees were nice enough. It’s located in a busy shopping center surrounded by other food businesses and a Vons.

My daughter and I stopped in today for lunch. They had a line about 20 deep but had a full crew helping move the line. I would say my total wait time was less then 5 mins excellent for the quality of the sandwich you get. I got the giant number 13 Mike’s way and it was GREAT. My daughter had a «Sub in A Tub» Mike’s way and she just loved it. The service was also excellent. Every employee we had contact with was polite and helpful. For how busy they were the place was clean and they cleared and cleaned tables as soon as people left. The bread was fresh and the meat is always freshly sliced for each sandwich. If you have never had a Jersey Mike’s sub do yourself a favor and stop by and try one. They are a 100x better then the place Jared is always talking about. Enjoy, Don PS Don’t forget to pick up some Tasty Cake Choc cupcakes for dessert, Yummy!
