Rude cashier and little portions on food. My thai chicken was ok but my moms mongolian was wayyyyy too sweet whst a waste of money. So… the chinese food across the street taste much better and cheaper. By the looks of the previous reviews this place is thumbs down.

Don’t come here! Food taste awful. Trust me you will regret to eat here. Really nothing you can eat. I had salad. Pad Thai, and kong pao chicken with rice. Rich is raw, kung pao chicken all Taste like sauce. Too much sauce. Horrible

This place is a joke, I showed up at 8:55pm and they locked the door in my face and said sorry were closed. I showed them my cell phone time and said its only 8:55 the girl said sorry were close. I ask for a manage and she looked around and then open the door and said ok come in. The manager said if you order something now it would be at least 20 min before it will be ready we already closed and turned off everything. I guess the don’t need the business. They don’t care about customer service and im sure they don’t care how the food they serve. Don’t go here you will be sorry.

I love this place! I have never had a problem my food is always on point and tastes amazing. The only flaw is that the prices are pricey! That is why I only eat here on occasion. If they sent out more coupons or if their prices were lower I would eat here more often. The house special chicken, egg fried rice and cream cheese wontons are by far my favorite! I recommend it to everyone. Only flaw is the price. Also the food usually takes awhile to prepare, which doesn’t bother me because it shows me how fresh my food is, that is why I always call in my food so that I don’t have to wait.

Worst service I’ve experienced. First of all a fast food spot doesn’t have a hi standard to live up too but honestly 25 min wait before i had to ask for my money back. The response was we’re sorry but we’re busy (there was seriously 7 people eating, i was the 2nd in line) their busy? Its lunch time, yiu are supposed to be busy and be staffed to handle your so called «busy times».

Generally like this place. Main issue is speed of service, quoted 10 minutes takes 20 to 25 minutes. That seems to be the normal experience.

My husband is a customer of this place. He will be at this place minimum once a month, since it is so close to our home. Very attentive service and really nice.

We get takeout here a few times a month. The staff is friendly and professional. The store is clean and well cared for. The food is good and has been pretty consistent. Only down side is its kinda pricey for fast food Chinese. I’m sure there’s cheaper alternatives out there, but it’s closer to the house for us. We lived a lot of different places and I don’t mind paying for decent Chinese as some restaurants can be shady and the quality questionable. Overall, the pluses outweigh the negative.

Portions could be better. Food wasn’t bad. Just, well, underwhelming considering what we get from other locations.
Service could use a smile too. It wasn’t busy or packed, so I don’t get why we couldn’t get service with a smile instead of a begrudging acknowledgement of having walked in.
Parking lot is big but a little packed, we got lucky in the front.
Bathroom is very clean!

We have had consistently poor experience with the food here as compared to other stores in the area (namely, the one on Riverside Plaza). The chow mein has been dry (I don’t know if it’s just old or if they cook it wrong — the Riverside location has juicy, succulent noodles with plenty of sauce) such that I have to add my own sauce when I got the food home.
They also do not give generous portions. I’m not sure why, but at the other store the chow mein comes in the larger size container, even if both items we ordered from both stores were identical.
They also added green onions to my honey chicken, which has never happened before. The customer service is okay and I prefer driving to this location but we won’t be visiting this location again.

This one is based on value. I don’t mind paying for either quality or quantity– here, you get neither! Chow mein was plain noodles– I had to used two sides of chili sauce to give it flavor. I ordered the Mongolian beef– a quarter of the container was garnish and the rest was poor quality meat cut into tiny pieces. My daughter ordered the orange chicken and half of the container was orange slices– really? Bang for buck– not worth it!

You get a discount if you’re military, EMS or a copper of some kind. Good cheap stir fry foods. Better than other places like «Greasy» Wok or Panda.

I’m a big fan of the bourbon chicken and the little hidden gem of a soup (wonton soup). I have always had consistent quality and hot food when I come here. I have also had the catering from here that was just as good as if I ordered it as a solo dish.
