I Have called 3x total for a call aheads, all three times it was to order a deep dish pizza(since they arent always made agead of time” and tonight was the third time I walk in to pick it up and they hand me a regular pepperoni pizza! The employees also have the nerve to tell me I didnt say deepdish?!? If your slogan is «made hot and ready» why would I call ahead for it?! Their employees need a training on customer service and phone manners, they are rude, rush you through your oder, and obviously arent listening. Can’t beat $ 5 pizza, thats the only reason I go back.

Always nice when you call in an order still and have to wait 20 minutes to get your order.

Diana is the rudest employee ever, she is a liar and should be fired! The pizza was cold and tasteless. Sad to say but you can get a better pizza and service from Taco Bell

Don’t bother calling ahead to order. I called 25 minutes prior to picking up and when I got there I paid and needed to wait an additional 10 min for my cheese pizzas. If they can’t accommodate phone orders then don’t take it!!!

What’s the point that of advertising hot and ready pizza if I have to wait 20 minutes? What a joke! If I wanted to wait that long g I’d go to Papa John’s and get real pizza.

Its super cheap and its pretty good… We’re talking about $ 5 for a pizza so its not gourmet but its pretty good. The service is good and everyone has always had a smile on their face.

The only reason I even give this location 2 stars is because when the food is prepared correctly, it tastes good. For $ 5 a pizza it tastes really good and the crazy bread is amazing. However, the customer service at this location is horrible! The whole concept of Little Caesars is «hot & ready,» but they almost never have any pizzas or crazy bread ready, and I have been here 4+ times. If you’re walking in without calling ahead, prepare to wait a long time. Today I called in an order for a ham and pineapple pizza, a cheese pizza(which they’re supposed to have ready), and 2 orders of crazy bread(also supposed to be ready). The gentleman on the phone told me it would be 10 – 15 mins before it was ready. Knowing they take a long time I gave them an extra 10 mins and got there 25 mins after I called. When I got there only 1 other person was waiting, but only 1 of my pizzas was ready and they made it with bacon and pineapple instead of ham and pineapple. I had to wait for them to re-make it and after it was done they were barely packaging up my crazy bread. To make it worse, another lady who came in right after me called in an order for crazy bread, but they only made enough for my order, so she had to continue to wait. So much for hot & ready!

We’re not pizza lovers but *this* Little Caesars pizza we definitely love. From my niece to my parents, we can’t get enough of their freshly made specialty pizzas. We frequent this shop, and the only pizza place we go to for their meat and pepperoni pizzas that never failed to satiate our cravings. They’re always super fresh and delish, with lots of cheese and sauce. it’s so much BETTER than those expensive specialty pizza shops.

I HAVETOGIVEITUP for the customer service at this Little Caesars! The food is great for the price($ 5 pizza & $ 8 pan) and they always have fresh hot pizza ready in minutes! Not only that — but I get greeted with smiles whenever I walk in. What I appreciate is the follow through when there are issues — management is on it with proper recourse. For a fast food pizza place they have great follow up & excellent service! Highly recommend them & Definitely coming back!

Good and cheap if you don’t mind the wait. Defiantly the Walmart of pizzerias. Keep your order simple, like to one topping or you may hurt the staff. If you have more than one you topping you may want to go next door to have dinner at wing stop while you wait.

I would not go to this place ever again. 5 people waiting in line, and the girl at the register(ugly girl) was hitting on the guy in front of her, knowing that there was more people waiting in line. Finally I had to speak up about it and told her to get his phone number and call or text him later, we have hungry people waiting! To which she gave me a dirty look. The only reason i went there is because I pump gas at the Ralph’s right across the street, and my son asked me for a pizza… big mistake. This place sucks… i would never go there again. They are there to perform a service, not pick up a date for Friday night, how unprofessional.

For $ 5, one cannot say bad things about this pizza. It is pretty tasty actually, even if it is obviously cheap pizza. It hands down beats a frozen pizza from the grocery store, and you don’t have to cook it. I couldn’t bring myself to go to ANY other pizza place when I know this is available, I do like a Domino’s or Pizza Hut, or CPK pizza now and then, but I don’t buy them when I’m buyin’. Let the boss buy those. My wife actually prefers the Little Ceasars one, so good for me and my wallet! Did I mention they are only friggin’ $ 5? I can’t say much about the rest of the menu, why would anyone get anything other than the $ 5 pizza, when a $ 5 pizza is available. I dunno. I have no complaints thus far about this location, friendly and fast enough as to be expected. If your marketing department ever decides that it is enough-is-enough with the $ 5 pizzas, then I will most definitely start checking out some of the other pizza places. Otherwise, $ 5 pizzas for me!

Friendly service! Went to pick up a pizza with my 2 year old son and he was given a free bag of cookies, an activity book and stickers. My little guy left there with a huge smile!
