Love coming here with my 3 boys they enjoy the wings and fries. Alvin and the whole crew cook your wings to order and listen to your special request. We also like that they asked if everything was OK if the food was cooked right and if we need anything else. My favorite is the Louisiana Rub and mango habanero.

Literally the worst wingstop I have been to and have given them multiple tries. A few times that I have called in I get put on hold for 10 minutes and then when I go in the restaurant it is empty. One time the register was down and the kid on the phone didn’t even bother to tell me that or that they will only be taking cash or that they were cutting huge stake fries. So when I get there I had to go get cash and then I didn’t even want the fries that way. Most of the workers just have poor customer service skills. If it wasn’t the only wingstop in the vicinity I wouldn’t bother.

This review is based off my online order. Maybe it was the fact we ordered at like 11PM, I’m not sure, but the fries we got with our order were undercooked! We even found some uncooked pieces. The fries we normally would get would be crispy and cooked well. Other than that, the wings were cooked and seasoned well! We even got extra ranch thrown in!

It wasn’t busy but there were a few people waiting to be helped the worker was a bit buried. The manager or owner was sitting on a table on his laptop yelling for someone else to come help up front, Wouldn’t it have been easier to just do it yourself, there were only 2 people there. Seating is at a premium only had 5 tables and he took one of them. The staff was friendly and attentive they even gave me a few extra wings because the boneless wings were a bit on the small side. with better leadership this place could do a lot more business. The wings were as expected from Wingstop the fries were better than most wing stops I have been to for some reason.

The employees are rude. No hi. No eye contact. One of the employees was sitting on a storage bin in the front on a computer. I assume she was a manager. She didn’t say hi or welcome either, and she was right there in the front by the registers where she sees the guests come in. The drink machine was not filled with the sodas. I went to the front to ask for a togo box and was ignored by two employees and the manager. The guy on the phone who was really busy had to get me a box. Then they messed up our order we asked for the boneless garlic parmesan and got the boneless lemon pepper. Instead of making us a new batch they just sauced over the lemon pepper with the garlic parmesan with the same bowl they sauce other proples wings in and i bit off of one of them, that is unsanitary. We didn’t take it back just because of their lack of professionalism, we were afraid they’d do something to our food. Im disappointed in their service here. I use to work for wing stop in norco in 2009 and our service was nothing like theirs were. We had to make eye contact and greet the«guest» as soon as they walked in to the door even if we were busy and or in the back cooking. Other than their customer service being bad, the chicken itself was good. Just a little on the salty side. Wing stop, fix your professionalism and customer service and your restaurant will be great. Youll have more customers at this location. I personally would not go back to this location.

I am a regular customer at this Wing Stop. The wings are great and the manager Rebecca is always very sweet and polite although I cant say the same for other manager who they call Virgil He is very rude to his employees in front of customers. I have never seen him greet a customer as they walk in or treat customers or employees with respect. I am giving this a 4 Star only because of Rebecca and the way she takes pride in her job, Thank you!

Customer service was just too damn awful. These workers are not motivated or even smile. I asked for certain things and just got an «ok.» The food quality was on point, the employees on the other hand need to be retrained and be taught manners. Don’t go here, unless you want to feel like you’re at Dick’s Last Resort

Ranch ranch ranch is all I can say. I’m so disappointed in the Managers decision to make customers pay for ranch. I just bought a 50 piece for $ 41 and they did not give me any free ranch. Most people eat ranch with wings. Honestly I’ll just go to the Hidden Valley location or Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

The customer service here is terrible. I must have battered women syndrome cause I keep thinking they are going to change so I keep giving them a try. It’s not the food that’s the problem it’s the people working behind the counter. I have been trying this place out for over 2 years now, I come in, the customer service is terrible so I don’t come back for a few months thinking things have changed I come back just to be reminded that nope it’s still bad service. Every time I have tried calling I get a busy signal or it just rings and when they finally do answer the phone they put me on hold for a min of 5 minutes just to hang up on me, and when I call back they tell me they have been having issues with their phones. For 2 years they have had issues with the phones?! Seriously?

I wish I could review with zero stars! The worst customer service… No one says hello, the tables are filthy, the cooks are laughing and messing around. The wings was not tossed in enough sauce and they were ridiculously small. As we were leaving on of the employees was yelling and laughing while dropping the F bomb. There were two families eating with kids. The owner better get some kind of management in there. Won’t be back ever!

Reading the previous reviews, I had an idea of what to expect and developed a game plan. Decided not to put in an order online or call ahead. We just showed up and decided to wait it out early on New Year’s Eve. This place was packed! But of course that was to be expected. When we ordered they told us it would be a half hour wait, but we still decided to go ahead with it. This place is a fast food wing place. Think McDonald’s but for wings. The place is small, as is their staff. I just don’t think they have the infrastructure to support the size of their clientele, which in turn affects their customer service. Our order was done within the time frame. We brought the food home and it was delish. Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and hot wings were off the chain. But the hot could have been way hotter! The wings are a bit small, but the skin was nice and crispy. The fries were ok for me, but my family really enjoyed them. They had a slight sweetness in their seasoning. Will stick to my game plan next time and walk in to wait for my order.

Unilocal 100 Challenge 2016, #12 of 100 Ain’t no thang but a chicken wang! That is one of my favorite lines. I decided to pick up wings from WS because someone had brought them to my house for a day of football last season and I thought they were okay. The wings are nothing compared to what you would get at your favorite BBQ joint but they do help with the craving. I prefer the wings from WS over BWW. I know that might be harsh for some of you BWW fans(I do love all the beer and TV screens there). There are a variety of flavors and levels of spiciness. I like the Hawaiian, mango habanero, and Korean bbq flavors the best. My suggestion is to call ahead and place your order or place order online. If not you will be there for at least 15 minutes because of the preparation time. The restaurant itself is tiny inside and seating is very limited. No alcohol at this location is another reason to just take the wings home because wings and beer is like peas and carrots, they just go together. I have done several large orders. You can get a lot of wings for a few bucks. If you go on Mondays and Tuesdays there are 25 cent boneless wings. FYI– ranch and blue cheese is extra at $ 3 each. It’s a lot of dressing or you can use your own. Happy eating!

This wing stop is the worst I’ve ever been to, half the time you can’t call because they pick up then hang up Because they are too busy to answer. They have messed up my order several times. The wait is always an hour. And the employees are extremely rude!!! The only reason I order from here is because I could walk here it’s so close. If it wasn’t for that I would never go back

I like their wings but I HATE their service… I called in an order and they said it would be ready in 18 min. I should up 25 min later and they said they see the order in the computer but for some reason it didn’t print so they didn’t have it ready. we waited another 20 minutes before they competed our order. They need to get their act together or it’s off to BWW

The customer service is awful here they have messed up my order several times. I’ve called on the phone and I’ve been left on hold for 15 mins while I drive in and actually walked in while still in hold. So I order online but they don’t see my order so I ended up waiting an additional 15 mins. I asked for a refund but since I paid online it would take 7 – 10 days. Same«manager» on duty today as the last time . Wish the horrible reviews would initiate some type of change and address the poor customer service anD lack of empathy the team shows.

Customer service is absolutely appalling. We’ve been here 2 times with piss poor customer service. Last night tried to call and see if I could place a order in advance. I was put on hold for five minutes, I hung up and called back to only get hung up on. To the ownership you lost out on a hundred dollars last night alone, not to mention future purchases. To future customers beware of crapy service at this location. We will not return to this location unless something changes.

Wanted something quick and not too expensive. I ordered the 6 pcs combo(fries, ranch, soda 4 lemon pepper and 2 bbq) The guy who took my order was very nice, and my order was ready in 4mins! I know because I was surprised how quick and fresh my wings were ;-) so I checked my receipt and the time they gave me the food. GOOD experience, it was super quick, delicious(for my taste) and great customer service. Definitely coming back.
