Business schedule is closed at 9:30pm, I was there at 9:15pm and they said they are closed already. Wow! Easy job for the employees.

This was my first visit to these places and I was absolutely thrilled. I ordered the BBQ Chicken and it was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I’m coming here again!

I had a great chicken, rice and macaroni plate. Each time I come by either the chicken or kalbi rib plate is excellent and tonight was no different — again great chicken plate… But what’s up with the dirty wall seating, dirty floors and flies. I have never seen this place so bad in my last year or so here, just lately it’s going down. I will come back once more to see if there are improvements, if not then it’s time to find another Hawaiian BBQ spot.

If you have been to a Paradise Cove Luau in Hawaii you know exactly how Kalua pork is made. I always lean towards the pork when I choose to dine at Ono. The pork is excellent!!! Tender, full of flavor, and delicious. Almost a 5 star rating. I deducted a point for a Hawaiian place that does not serve Hawaiian soy sauce. Get some Aloha soy sauce!!!

Hell no, never again! I grabbed some chicken combos on my way home for the family and I, we all grabbed, half way through, im cutting more chicken for my kids and some parts were slimy and under cooked. I would not serve any more for my kids! Hours later, were all fighting over the bathroom to vomit our insides and shit our brains! I called to talk to a manager who could Care less and get a call from their insurance company to get my story. A few weeks later their«insurance company» called to pretty much tell Me too bad for my poor kids and I cause I could have gotten sick from anywhere. Screw this nasty place and their inexperienced cooks. Beware!

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. The food is mediocre, the service is mediocre, the owner is mediocore(I’ll get to that later). I ordered a two item plate which after making one of the meats Kalua pork and adding mac salad ending up being $ 12. And for what I got it shouldn’t have been more than $ 6 to $ 7. My Kalua pork was literally like 2 forks worth of meat like it was a kids meal. The cook tells me «it’s 4 oz. sir.» Well half of that was fat(I’ll post a picture) and the rest of my plate was rice with 2 little pieces of fish. $ 12 for a plate of carbs and little meat. The owner was standing right there and didn’t bother to say a word or rectify the situation. If you want Hawaiian food that’s better quality and definitely better service, I would recommend going to The Loft or an L&L. There used to be an L&L in this area, too bad they went out of business and this piece of shit is the only Hawaiian spot in the area left. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned $$ on this terrible Ono’s location!

Been a few times, tried different menu items and have finally settled on the only thing I get any more Chicken Katsu –YUMMY everything is so fresh and the portions are HUGE… one meal lasts for 2, and I STILL have left overs! Not a fan of the macaroni salad but that’s just me — I get double rice –no mac! The staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. Try it you’ll like it!

This is the best Ono around, i have to drive here from east riverside cause the ones over in Moreno Valley BLOW! The fish fillets on there seafood plater taste like fish and look like fish fillets. Unlike the ones in Moreno Valley, they look like burnt fish nuggets…

I always love Onos. I’m happy that there’s a location in Norco! Mini meals are just right if you have a small appetite. I love the BBQ beef and Chicken Katsu.

Hawaiian BBQ family pack feeds 4+, which includes steamed cabbage, 6 scoops of rice, 6 scoops of macaroni salad and 3 meats. Can’t go wrong with BBQ Beef(40g of fat) and Curry chicken(20g of fat)! Absolutely flavorful and delicious! The lemon pepper grilled chicken is an additional $ 3 and was kind of dry. Overall my cravings were satisfied and I will definitely be back to try their BBQ chicken and Island White Fish. The thing that sets them apart from other hawaiian bbq places and keeps me coming back is that they have steamed cabbage and their large portions!

The food was okay nothing special compared to other places. The service here on the other hand Is completely horrible. I ordered my meal and TWENTY minutes later I received my meal. I am not exaggerating at all when I say TWENTY minutes i literally mean I waited almost half an hour to receive my meal. I don’t know if it was just bad luck or of it’s normally like this but there was flies inside the store flying around my table During my entire time there not once did a waitress/cashier checked on me which basically sums up the horrible customer service

One word Flies. Too many flies buzzing around the windows. They have the zapper light but still too many flies. Also, the place opened for the day and not that clean. The table we sat at had sauce still on it and the seats still had crumbs. The food was ok.

I love this place. They are my #1 place for BBQ since I move here in 2012. I was there on Saturday afternoon and we order the family meal. Food is good but just not recommend to eat in cuz fliessss were everywhere. We waited over 15 mins to get our foods but the entire time I had to protect my food so those flies will not get in.

We got the family deal which was the perfect portion for all 5 of us. It comes with 3 meat choices, macaroni salad, and rice for $ 30.99. Best Hawaiian bbq place ever! When it comes to Hawaiian bbq, I rate them based on their katsu sauce. There are many katsu sauces that are overwhelming with worchester sauce. At onos the sauce is a little sweet and perfect with the chicken katsu and everything else they have! What i also like is that they are not stingy with their sauce. You can get at much as you want unlike L&L’s. The khalua pork was so tender and moist it melted in my mouth. I also loved the macaroni salad! I liked the teriyaki chicken especially because it was diced and perfect for the little ones. My favorite thing is that each meat selection came with cabbage which i devoured. Another plus was the service was great!

Came here for a family dinner. I was so excited to come here again since I love the taste of their Kalbi Rips. Everything was great except for the BURNED terriyaki chicken. However, the good thing is that the server actually gave us a free portion of terriyaki chicken. Honestly, it is not about the extra portion, but it is about their great service. I love how they correct their mistake and make their customers satisfied with their food.

My fiancé loves this place so I eat here once in a while. I think the meat is poor quality and the prices are way to high for what you get. This location is better than most so if you’re looking for this type of food you can give them a try. If they were to get better quality meat I wouldn’t mind this place but in my opinion if you’re going to make breaded meat you better make sure there are no surprises in it. I unfortunately have gotten some very icky pieces with less than desirable portions of fat and gristle in the chicken katsu. That alone was enough to put me off to the whole idea of eating here. The BBQ beef is the same poor quality. The staff have been nice and very helpful but overall I wouldn’t suggest this place.

Katsu chicken was undercooked. The breading was still extremely soggy. The cooks in the back looked inexperienced and unsure of themselves, I didn’t want to risk getting sick, so I Got a refund and left. I’ve been here a couple months ago and all was good. I pick the same meal at all ONO locations so I was disappointed. Upside is there is a Flame Broiler in the same shopping center now! always healthy simple and delicious. Green chili sauce is spicy And tasty.
