Always stocked up with the shoes, shorts, tshirts we need. Good selection. The only grip I would have is that the line is confusing with going to pay, I feel like I have to zig zag through giant jewelry displays.

Came tonight with my wife looking to buy some shirts and pants. Came up to the sun glasses section and I recently bought Von zipper shades that cost 120 at the tillys in Ontario mills, the next day I found out my shades were made in China… ummmm what!!! Von Zipper is located in Italy. Sure enough when I came to the location LITERALLY ALLLLLLL THE VONZIPPER shades said MADE in ITALY!!! Heather the manager came up super friendly and asked me if I wanted to try any shades on. I explained to her my situation and she helped me out as easy as one two three! She saw my shades and apologized for the issue. It wasn’t her fault but she was super nice. I mean like SUPER NICE! Left a note for her other employees so I can come back the next day and pick out another shades (which I’m going for ray bans) I rather pay more then get a cheap knock off. I went to 3 different Tillys and all employees were rude. But heather took her job as manager plus customer service to the next level and made sure I left happy and let me tell you i did. Tillys this woman deserves a raise and make sure next time you decide to hire someone they have the same attitude as her because heather is one AMAZING person that puts her customers first then herself. A+++ for you heather!!!

Last night 8÷20÷15 I came in very close to closing time to get some last minute things for my son. JOE was so patient and helpful. He was attentive from the minute we walked in, to helping with dressing rooms, and getting shoe sizes for us. Trust me we were not an easy task! He even let us know how to save money with all the store promotions going on (That’s huge to me as a single mother). I Really felt unrushed and valued as a customer.

I don’t frequent Tilly’s. However, on this occasion I had to exchange a T-​shirt for a different size. I received the shirt as a gift for Christmas but it was a size too big. I was greeted upon entry and was taken care of right away at the register. The girl that helped me at the register, named Hailey, was very nice (dressed nice as well, especially since it’s a fashion retailer). I told her I needed to do an exchange and that I didn’t have a receipt. She said No Problem. After asking what size I needed, she ran off and found the size I seeked. She did the exchange proficiently and without issue. It was a pleasant experience not having to deal with any problems for a simple exchange. If I ever shop here, I have no problem returning to this location.

I don’t care if you’re flipping burgers at bk or a damn lawyer do your damn job right. EVERY time I’ve came into this store the workers are RUDE they don’t greet you when you walk in. And they are just talking to other employees not even trying to help you. I thought ok maybe it was the first time but no I went this weekend and they were behaving the same! It was a girl in the front didn’t even say anything to me as I walked in and two other boys by the shoes. Grow up and learn how to work in a place! Next time I WONT be quiet and I will complain to a manager. And I hope the manager isn’t a idiot like the workers are! So unprofessional!

YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE FUCKING MORONS. ALL OF THEM. I’ve seen better customer service at a Damn Walmart. They need to get out of eachothers asses and do their jobs.

It reminds me of pac sun. Nuff sedd. Service was friendly though. Not the best deals.

I’m not crazy about 90% of their merchandise but shop at Tilly’s for board shorts and other beachwear. I have always received good customer service. I’m usually greeted upon entry, the sales associates are helpful with finding sizes and their fitting room attendants re-​rack the clothing for you. Tilly’s in Mira Loma also doesn’t seem as cluttered as other locations.
