I called 2 weeks ago and made reservations for 2 of my girlfriends for their birthday. The person taking the information was not very fluent in English but we were able to set up an appointments for 2pm Sunday 1⁄31. When my friends arrived they were told there was no reservation for them and the lady was very nasty to them. She said I obviously I did not set up the appointment. I called the number I had dial a week before the same lady answered, after telling her how horrible it was that she told my friends I did not make a reservation when I was sure she was the person I spoke with and that I would respect her more if she admitted she made a mistake, only then she apologized to me! However she ruin my friends birthday and told them she did not care and at some point flat out ignore them and started taking care of other customers. When my friends said they would make sure to give a bad rating because of her horrible customer service she said she did not care. Save yourself from the opposite of a relaxing experience. They deserve ZERO starts!

Wish I can give 0 stars but this is based solely on their customer service. I just got off the phone with Eden Spa and they fed me the biggest load of crap, excuse the language. I purchased a Groupon and asked if they are still willing to honor it as it just expired(other businesses usually will honor an expired Groupon or at least a portion of it). Not here. According to Groupon’s policy, they should at least accept the Groupon for the amount I paid for and let me use it towards another service. Eden Spa refused to do so. Told me to contact Groupon repeatedly and dispute it with them and that since it is expired, they claim that they are«not going to get paid» and cannot take any amount of my voucher because they«will not be making money.» Now I know this is FALSE because I have worked with Groupon and they have provided their services with my business and I know for a fact that businesses get paid by the amount of Groupons purchased, not whether or not people use them all in time. They STILLGETPAID. Clearly all Eden Spa cares about is $$ and not quality customer care or potential clienteles.

Ok, so it’s the first time I’m here, i arrived at 12:20(came during lunch for a quick 50min massage). Only one other person there. I sat there till 12:30 until they decided to give me the paperwork(2 min to fill). At 12:35 I’m already in the bed laying face down. 5min later I’m still there alone!, 10MIN later STILLALONE! AT12:49IMDONE! 15MINUTESWAITINGFOR A SIGNOFLIFEINTHERE! only after after I started putting my clothes on, they decided to come in and ask if I was really leaving. I politely said yes, you took too long, I have to go. They said sorry and that was it, AWESOMECUSTOMERSERVICE! I have never had an experience like this at a spa. It was empty, I was the only one there besides the other person who also walked out! What ticked me off the most was that I can hear them in the back talking with the smell of food in the air! apparently I must have cut into their lunch time, sorry if I interupted your meal. Oh and how can I forget, future clients, be aware and keep an eye on their clock in the massage room. They are 10min! ahead while the ones in the lobby are on time just an FYI on you next visit… NEVERAGAIN!

My daughter and me used our spa day gift certificate from Christmas. I’d never had an Asian massage, and did not know what to expect. Fantastic! Fantastic! Very clean, and quite place, with a pleasant and knowledgeable staff. My amazing«therapist», was an elderly Chinese woman by the name of Lucy. At 1st glance, I thought I’d get a nice soothing massage, instead of the deep ones I get on a regular basis. Surprise! Lucy has 17 yrs experience, and packs some mean, magical fingers. She stretched me, pulled me, and found deep tissue I did not know existed. So impressed by the explanation of her techniques, and knowledge, truly a great lady. Noticed less joint pains that same day, not to mention I was so relaxed I napped for the 1st time in years. I’ve switched my membership from another spa to this one. Get your discount on line, and try them out.

What an amazing massage! I’m a massage therapist myself and I was very, very impressed! The massage therapist that works there truly incorporates techniques from all styles of massage… stretching, using hot stones, pressure points, etc all in the same massage… I haven’t gotten such an awesome massage anywhere else! Highly recommend it… the spa has a very tranquil and quiet atmosphere. I will DEFINITELY be back!!! A++++

I enjoyed a very relaxing facial & massage. Having had numerous massages/facials in the past I mentally prepared myself for that similar experience. The music during the facial was nothing to write home about… panora blaring Whitney Houston’s «I will always love you»…NOT exactly what I expected. The massage was the icing on the cake. The Asian technique of cupping is my favorite!!! Fortunately, Im an avid reader and knew what was happening. All in all I will return and bring a friend. #Namaste

This place does not work with integrity. I do not recommend massage eden in miramar. I purchased a $ 100.00 gift card for my wife and now we are told that management changed and they do not honor the gift card. This place is a scam. I would not refer my business and we will never use them again. Highly disappointed

This place is awful. First, I tried making a reservation a few weeks ago due to having a living social voucher. Initially the phone just rang and it went to a VM for a different number. I reluctantly left a message. The lady who called back spoke very broken English and would not let me make an appt; she said it was walk ins only. I figured to try back a later day. So today when I call again the same lady answered and when I say I have a L/S voucher, she says they are booked solid until after the voucher exp’d. I asked if she would honor it after the exp date, and she said no. In broken English she says she sold no voucher. I was having difficulty understanding her and asked if there was someone else I could speak with. A man gets on phone and its then that I learn that the business was under new management and she refused to honor the voucher or its value. He also advised I would have to deal with the website for a refund. I told him I had been a customer of Massage Eden for the past 2 years and they were about to lose a customer. He apologized and I told him I would spread the word of their lack of customer service. The Asian lady then proceeds to call me back, in an attempt to dissuade me from passing on my negative experience to others, by reiterating she had only taken over one month prior. She again made no attempt to remedy the situation. I’ve since lodged a complaint with L/S in hopes I can get a refund.

Ok, so let’s start with the fact that I called to make a reservation since I was using a Livingsocial voucher. When I called they took my information and I mentioned to them that I was using the voucher, the person I spoke to barely spoke English so I was already having problems simply making the appt. Then I went on to show up for my appt. weeks later. When I get there the“new manager” tells me that they are under new management and do not accept the voucher. She tells me in broken English to call the company and that they will refund me. As I was leaving she tells me that she can give me «special price» for my massage, and of course I have to remind her that I already paid for a massage and don’t want to pay for it again. Livingsocial was aware of the problem and they refunded me, so Yay for me but the experience itself was just unprofessional. I would NEVER go back, or recommend anyone else to.

yesterday I went for the first time to this massage place, it was my birthday gift from my sister in law. She booked for me a couple massage, and me and my hubby were thrilled to go and spend some time together … We had a 5 pm appointment, but we were late, they called me on my phone informing me that i was about to get my massage minutes cut, I told them I was on my way, but if they had cut my minutes it would have been better if hey moved our appointment later on the same day or even to another day. The moved my appointment for the same day, but two hour later. We had a great time. The receptionist had a little trouble finding the payment my sister made, I had to call her on the phone and ask her to provide her cc info again, that’s the only thing I did not like, did not seem professional to me, if was my birthday present and they kept asking and then repeating the amount she paid. The massage was awesome, I really enjoyed it.

Horrible experience. Facial lady did not speak English. Wish they told me that because once I laid down and wanted to explain to her certain areas to focus on it was useless as she didn’t understand a thing. Next door is a restaurant and you can hear all the pots and pans they wash through the paper thin walls, relaxing music could not be high enough to block that out. Receptionist was probably having a bad day as she didn’t even say thank you or good bye. Horrible, non relaxing, and bad service all around.
