Are you Cuban, fair skinned or law enforcement? Then you should have no issues at Tati’s. The food is no bad, the service from the lady that owns it is absolutely horrible. She would not acknowledge my presence even as I was handing her payment, at which point I decided that was going to say hi again and again until she was forced to acknowledge me. Long story short, typical Cuban cafeteria with decent tasting food and an ownership that clearly has prejudices.

I’m not saying that I’m a Cuban food expert but I know what I like and how I like it… and I LOVEIT here! Over the past three weeks I must have eaten here 3 – 4 times a week, consuming my weight in pan con bistec sandwiches and café con leches. They make the sandwich perfectly and loaded with EVERYTHING! Everything means lettuce, tomatoes, onions and crunch potato fries. I went somewhere recently and I had a sandwich that was only fried onion crumbles(WTH?!) They cook their steak perfectly every time without being dry and even with all the toppings, they still manage to press and toast the bread to just the right amount. Café con leche is light and sweet and just how it should be experienced. Cuban sandwiches are also pretty good but PCB is my go-to. They lost one star just because their croquettes are sometimes cold in the center — please buy a heated baked goods display to keep these and the papa rellenos warmer! I would choose this place over Vicky’s anytime!

I am a Vicky Bakery baby… I love their pastelitos and they will forever be my favorite… But this place has the most delicious pan con bistec in the area!

Love it here. Hubby and I always have lunch here. Tati is very sweet. Really enjoy the charming service I receive here and the food taste like home cooked! We never get tired of the pan con bistec, ropa Viera, palomilla steak! Love it!

Being that this bakery is less than 50 feet from my house, I have always found it convenient to get my coladas and other baked goods there. The convenience always exceeded the customer service so I remained a customer, until this morning. I always go to Tati’s with a stainless steel thermos for various reasons: 1. it is easier to transport being that it doesn’t have a loose lid and small hole at the top(which gets everywhere with all the driving I have to do) 2. when heated, styrofoam leaks out toxic chemicals 3. styrofoam messes with our earths ozone layer Note: they always pour it into the thermos without me having to explain my reasoning. But today, Tati questions me and in a polite manner I briefly explain myself. After she pours my coffee into the styrofoam she says, «that little speech you just tried to give me, why don’t you tell that to the manufactures of this cup». Tati(the owner) is disrespectful to anyone other than cubans and police officers. She changes the price of certain things depending on the client and her mood. My family and I had been coming here since they opened, because we like to support small businesses. But we now refuse to spend our money here. Money talks, and our money will be spent else where.

Tati’s Bakery has all your Cuban bakery staples plus your typical bakery treats as well. I’ve been going to Tati’s since I was a kid and have never had better tasting pastries from any local Cuban bakeries. The guava and cheese is so buttery and light it leaves you wondering how they do it! The staff is amazing and sweet too. They care about the community and leave a wonderful mark on it. Best Cuban bakery in Broward, maybe even South Florida!

Great place, great food and you can’t beat the friendliness of the staff. The GOS tells you to make a Uturn in Miramar Pkwy. This place is in the same shopping center as the Citigroup bank and Chilis if that helps.

They are very good! We had a media noche café con leche and pastel. Take it from someone who has been to Cuba, this place is a gem. They are very small though.

I’ve been to Cuban Bakeries all over Miami, but Tati’s is by far the best in South Florida! Their pastelitos(especially the guava and cheese) and croquetas are amazing! Also, they prepare their café con leche perfectly! I try to go every Sunday, and they consistently deliver. Ask for Tati, her smile and great spirit are infectious.

This is a wonderful little bakery with great customer service. A friend of mine introduced me to the pastries and I was impressed. Incredibly inexpensive and fresh. I really like the guava cream cheese pastries. Also try out the café con leche!

Home away from home, best food, pastries, and cakes. Friendly atmosphere and Tati and Monica are tremendous people. Highly recommend and last place in South Florida where the prices are reasonable. Must visit and take some to work to share…

I absolutely adore and love Tati’s bakery. It’s literally my neighbor and I love coming here to get my Cuban pastry fix. It’s quite a small shop, but the quality of delicacies that come out of this bakery are OUTOFTHISWORLD. My top favorite pastries to get here are their cheese, guava and guava and cheese pastries. They’re absolutely perfect. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. It has a sweet, buttery, and perfect flaky crust that sticks to your mouth. You can definitely wash this down with their Cuban coffee(café con leche or their colada). I don’t know what magic they have, but their café con leche is made exactly how my grandpa used to make it for me when I was young. Oh the wonderful memories! Their ham croquettas are also great especially for that quick breakfast to-go. Another great thing that I love getting here is their cuban sandwich. They’re not shy to pile those meats. They toast it and flatten it with their presser and they fill it up with ham and roasted pork, cheese, pickles, mustard and mayo. I love eating this for lunch or a snack. Definitely one of the best cuban sandwiches I’ve had ever! When you get a chance to meet Tati herself, you can’t help but smile. She(and the rest of her family) are sweet and treat you like family. They practically have tons of pictures of people from around the area on their wall. You’d be lucky if you’re a part of their wall of fame or FAM. Oh yes, I’m definitely coming back here all the time. Great job Tati.

I wish I lived closer but maybe it is better that I don’t. Wonderful pastelitos, especially the queso(cheese) which is the best I ever had. I could actually taste the butter. My dermatologist’s office is in the area but otherwise I would never get out there. A bit pricey(hence the 4 star rating instead of 5) but then again I am used to Little Havana prices. Highly recommended if you love Cuban style baked goods and yes, their cheese pastelito is worth the extra money.

The perfect hole in the wall to take care of your cuban pastry addiction. Attentive staff starting with the owner, Tati, she will always greet you with a smile. I’m hooked on there café con leche and there croquetas. The croquetas always remind me of the ones I had growing up in Miami. There breakfast sandwiches are great and very filling. My go to place in Miramar for that little touch of Cuban. When you go by say hi to Tati and order the Croquetas with a café con leche… Oh yeah, don’t forget the loaf of cuban bread on the way out. You will return.

Not too easy to find if you are not a local, menu somewhat limited — but what they have is great and the prices are amazing compared with Starbucks. Enjoyed my café latte and pastry.

Tati’s bakery is my delicious morning solution. Just a few minutes away from work, I sin at this place three to four time a week. The service is nice and fast. The pastries are excellent. Plenty to select from and most important, fresh. Their empanadas and toast with butter are my favorite items. The Cuban Frita is my only complaint here. The patty is too dried for my taste and a bit overpriced from other frita joints down south. I’m just glad I found this place.
