Service was friendly, online order was ready when I arrived, it was almost closing but I was accommodated for an additional order I wanted last minute

First timer here and I’m not all that much of a fan. Their sandwiches didn’t really have that fresh taste to it.
Nothing wrong with the service or food itself, just prefer something with a little more taste.

Horrible, horrible, and horrible service. We are a loyal customer of jimmy johns we decided to pass by this location. Super disappointed with the service. The guy didn’t even bag my sandwich and just handed it to me.

Although the staff was friendly, I am Not impressed!!! My first time trying jimmy johns and just may be my last. Sandwich was just ok and I wish it would have been cut in half with more meat and lettuce as the giant should if I’m paying extra for it. I also wasn’t given any napkins.

horrible! Do not order from this place. I will give not even 1 star. I called to place an order for delivery since we are a little over 1 mile away and it appears that they only deliver to certain places. I’ve asked why and They told me the owner picked certain places for delivery and they couldn’t deliver to my house because I’m out of the zone !!!
Are you kidding me ??? They just opened this location and they refuse to deliver to us and they are famous for fast delivery. Never again and I will make sure everyone I know not place an Oder from this place !!!
