M&A Windows, Inc

So I bought an old house, my old house needed better protection from hurricanes. I made the final choice and got a PACE loan for it. I shopped around and talked to many many companies from the Home Depot (Expensive) to the «builders grade» manufacturers in Hialeah (cheapest).
Some of them were very good, others were pretty much scammers. I even visited the But I wanted PGT windows, or something similar (CGI).
I was set to go with another company (almost signed), until another vendor suggested I talk to Jim from M&A. I had talked to about 7 different companies, so I figured one more woulnt hurt.
Jim came by the next day, measured and in his own words «played HGTV». I let him go crazy and pick the windows as if they were for his own house. I’m glad I did… he chose LOW-​E for the rear, tinted for the front… etc. His quote was in line or cheaper than all competitors (except Hialeah) but I wanted PGT. He had the best price for PGT.
My windows were delayed, they were supposed to be installed in December but were installed in January. They didn’t call me until late which was a bit annoying, but I was ok with it (it was December after all). However once my windows arrived it was amazing… one of the best crews of workers I have ever seen came to my house and did their job (led by a gentlemen named Geo). IT took almost a week to install the 15 windows and 3 doors. Everything was ready. They cleaned up after themselves every day, worked in an organized fashion and took care of my wood floors.
They passed the inspection on the first try. They made a mistake with the front door and they owned up to it and fixed it no problem.
