Great customer service. I tried some office depots before. However, i really want to tell you that this is the best ever. I bought a printer and wanted to return it after 1 week of using it because it printed slowly. I brought it back to exchange a new one. They took it with no question, and gave me a new one. I just paid the different. Thank you so much

Very clean and helpful staff. Needed office supplies on the road. I was a little ticked when I drove to the staples to find out they were permanently closed! Office Depot thanks for saving the day!

Great store, bad location. This shopping center is a nightmare to get in and out of. Whoever designed this definetly flunked out of school and I mean elementary. You get an F for effort and design. Besides that this OD store is a pleasure to go to. Fast and friendly service and always has stock in hand.

Seriously, one of the most difficult shopping centers to navigate… the Starbucks, Panera and Home Depot all lure you in… but getting out? A nightmare! That said, if you are having a patient and tolerant day, and need some office supplies, this Office Depot is well appointed, well staffed, and just steps from Starbucks and a few lunch options. The stand-out department at this store, for me, has been the copying services department. I have taken several complex projects into this Office Depot and have been satisfied each time. The staff works hard to get your project right and it’s typical to get it done while you wait. Like Staples and Office Max, most of the products are overpriced and really geared for companies with expense accounts. So save your basic sticky-note and pencils purchases for Target. However, this Office Depot is my copying services center of choice above FedEx Kinkos. Now if only it were a train depot… I’d hop on the caboose, and ride my way out of this impossible matrix of a shopping center. Again, the only way in is via Dykes Road, and one exit in the back. The rest of the place is surrounded by a moat and I-75. Be sure, if you want to fit in at this parking lot, to drive an Escalade and give me the finger WITH the hand which is holding your cell phone.
