Worst service overall. Extremely rude and disrespectful with customers. They have the right location, this is the only reason they survive. After some really bad experiences with the guy there and the lady, I decided to maintain communication to minimum necessary to avoid abusive treatment from them. If you have a decent alternative stick to it.

NO LA RECOMIENDO ! El «señor» que atiende la tintorería one price Dry Cleaning ubicada en 2925 SW 160th Av Miramar 33 027 es un grosero que no sabe tratar con el público, hice un reclamo de una camisa que me entregaron manchada y éste «señor» me dijo groseramente que «los cliente llevamos las camisas limpias y ellos las ensucian» lo mejor que pueden hacer los dueños es sacar a semejante patán de esa tintorería porque lo único que logra con su irrespeto es que los clientes cambien de tintorería. Que lo pongan a tratar con animales ya que por su nivel de educación es lo que merece.

Rude employees. Blame you for «not telling them» something when it’s actually their job to go through a certain checklist with customers at checkout. Oh, also they ruined my brand new pants. There was a red hue on my pants. I forgot to check before I left the place, and when I came back complaining, they basically said «too bad.» Long story short, I’m never going back. So the $ 1 hit they could’ve taken on rewashing my pants will actually be a loss of hundreds of dollars of future service for them. Geeeeenius business plan guys. The customer is always right in a business like this. Anyone can wash clothes, but not anyone can run a business.

Should have a rating for zero. Aweful service on Saturdays. The employees are rude and constantly complaining in Spanish about the customers. They don’t look for your clothes if it’s not in easy reach and they tell you they can’t find it and need to move on to the next person. Have had to redo many dress shirts because the quality is getting worse and worse. Last time I go there. I have been a customer that spends $ 100’s monthly but no more. The weekend employees should get fired. Zero customer service skills.

Horrible experience! Ruined my silk blouse and did not return any money for the service or the damage. Rude service. And they charge you in advance! Will be filing a complaint.
