They were pretty helpful in the sense I had my truck reserved at 10 AM I showed up and it was there. I returned it with no problem at 5pm when I was finished moving. The only thing I would have to say bad about this place is you cannot reach them by phone. I called maybe a total of thirty times while I was moving to see if I could keep the truck longer than what I reserved it for since it was raining and the moving process/traffic was slower than what I had expected. I ended up having to waste my time and go back into the place to get the guy to extend the time limit.
